Why isn't this dirty, homosexual, illegal, muslim coon, not in jail right now. Even starting with just hi SS # Fraud and morso, he is a Uganda citizen. Throw this porch monkey and his fat, ugly, size 14 shoed wife, michelle in prison also. Rick Wiles explains. Also: Her Name is Miss Ann. I respect James Manning, Paine, Corsi and Atlah, but the rest of the coons can't run a shoeshine stand. When will Hillary send Huma to an early grave?
When the cost of fuel becomes a small fraction of the capital cost, people don't care about fuel cost. What if you had a 500 mpg car ($800 for the life of the car)? Would you care about fuel costs over ten years when one bad battery could cost you 10k? The assumptions Mr Chue makes fall apart when the marginal cost if a small part of the total cost. Basic economics people! If we cut 90% of the need for fuel (25x9=225mpg city, soon to come!), what will a gal of gas cost? < $1? Wake up!
Mr. Chu is again wrong. Ask..if I had a Nuke car that needed no fuel during it's life. How much more would you pay? An Otto engine is 10-20% city/highway. What if a new engine were 60-70% (here in 5 years!)? At $2/gal and 200k miles, old engine (25 mpg, say) burns 6 time as much fuel....8000 gal vs 8000/6=1333..net saving 6666gals. $16,000 vs 2666. If the car costs 26k, the new car fuel is only 10%...old is 60%. Fuel is then a small part, and the price of fuel does not matter as much...
In the long run, Geothermal energy will be superior to nuclear, solar, and hydro power. Chu is also a big booster of geothermal. He's one of the best appointments that Obama has made.

In the northwestern Australia, we have huge tides,
huge evaporation and huge dry rivers and lakes.
Tides are up to 12m. Evaporation is up to 4m per year and can be increased.
Huge 12m tidal erosion can revive old dry paleo dormant once mighty rivers, creeks and lakes,
desalinate the country and change deserts to rain forests to provide more rain across Australia.
World population is growing rapidly and we need more energy, food, land and water.

You fly a seaplane? No wonder you argue the way you do - you're a polluter!

Jay, Did you actually read what I said above???? Try reading it a thousand times and then make an apology to me...thanks in advance...
There is a way to get 70-90% of the fuel required out of the system...get it? Think before you comment...Turn your brain on, please...

Why does no-one talk about the no ollution energy source that built the industrial revolution in this country - water power?

There are parleys: Hydrogen economy and solar economy. I consider water to be the next commodity worthy of shares

Environmentalists won't let us build a dam Bob.
Nuclear is the way to go.
France solved all of their energy issues with it. Most Uranium suppliers are stable and are our allies.
Waste fuel rods can be recycled through nuclear reprocessing into new fuel rods.
