  • Great job beating a speed ticket, I'm sure the troopers will be black marking you and in the end you will get another ticket. One small win for inbread retard, ultimately you will lose.

  • I'm glad you fought it and won. In the future, if you ever go back to court to contest something, dress like you mean business, not like you're going to track practice. People take you more seriously when you take pride in how you present yourself.

  • Good job, I didn't hear anything hateful said about the cops either. We can all co-exist. Some people would chain themsevles to a tree and hold a sign to try to get out of the ticket....all the while there are perfectly legal ways to fight the system.

  • I am from Portugal, but my writting is also sort of hieroglific too... so I think it said:

    Insufficient Criteria...

    Just my 2 cents. Peace

  • Good for you Dude, when i lived there i was always in conflict with those pricks, ive lost so much money to them its crazy......Ps i hate there Flat Top hair Cuts..

  • I find it really hilarious when the judge asked the cop if he had any questions for the defendant after he told he judge he wasn't stationary and he didn't even attempt to back his statement up. pwn.

  • THE ONE DISLIKE IS THE WITNESS COP LOL

  • @intelligentwarfare13 I have a feeling that you might be right... lol

  • I have 10 days to respond to a citation for 81 in a 65 and this video is inspirational. I absolutely refuse to pay any sum, even if the original sum is negotiated prior to trial. I am not confident that I can reproduce this success, however, because I presume that the false testimony of the officer was largely responsible for the Not Guilty verdict. I am not an activist either.

  • youre the man. i want to respond this way to police but cant seem to come up with a respectful way to resist in the moment.. Also, i honestly don't think that this way of dealing with the law is tolerated so much where i'm from... (hometown SC and i currently live in GA and work in TN).. It would help to video document my encounters, yet then again, cops have abused their rights with me many times before, and i dont think that me refusing to put a camera away would go over well with police here.

  • GOOD JOB MAN....INSPIRATION FOR US ALL

  • Ha, that's freakin awesome. Good for you. Personally, I want to thank you for doing this video.

  • good job man :)

  • Well done! The minute you mentioned lack there of injury or damage and that you would proceed to fight if found guilty, these revenue scammers didn't want to proceed. Also since you caught the officer in a lie, (Note he did not object to your claim he was driving so he agreed non verbally to your claim) It made the officer lose his good faith in court.

  • great job buddy

  • You fought the law....... and you won.

  • @moonstomp No, he followed the law and won.

  • inspiring

  • You admitted guilt in court so you were guilty, looks like the judge was just being nice.

  • AWSOME! It says "Insufficient Caselaw", meaning he wasn't sure if you were right or wrong and there was not enough case law on this issue, meaning it has never been decided before and he was not about to do it. Now, you should get a copy of the transcipt and publish it, other people can use it and in time a decission will surely have to be made on the issue.

  • In the future when in Court for speeding most tickets fail as soon as the Prosecutor speaks you Object your honor for lack of ratification of commencement. End of story you have just killed your ticket due to the fact that there is no injured party they can't ratify. I have tried this technique and every time the judge jumps up and runs out of Court to not give remedy and while he's gone the Prosecutor comes over and says we're going to dismissed your case Sir have a nice day every single time.

  • The judge decided when you were in court, but he didn't want to rule "Not Guilty" in front of the cops because it would make them look bad in the public courtroom. He basically let them save face, but gave you want you worked to achieve. Good job.

  • good for you, stick it to the man

  • He won because the officer that gave him the citation was not stationary when he determined his speed.

  • This was pretty fascinating. Is there a clear statute that says driving over the speed limit is illegal and subject to a fine? Apparently there isn't which gave you the balls fight this? Someone smart please respond.

  • Wooohooooo! Congrats bro! You represented well..........proud of ya!

  • You are my hero! cops should snatching crack dealers not hard working citizens

  • Pretty sure it says "evidence" because with the testimony you give showing the cop gave false testimony, that would effectively strike the cops testimony and thus any evidence provided by the cop which includes the ticket.

  • Well done.

  • Keep driving 20 over the limit until you kill a kid on a bike. There must be a reason the speed limit is posted at 35, and if that reason did not apply anymore, you would have brought it up in court. If the cop hadn't lied or been honestly mistaken about where he was when you passed him, you would have been found guilty.

Tons of people get tickets dismissed every day. Usually because the cop doesn't show. I can't believe your fans think you are some kind of hero or anomaly.

  • @mapache11 Uh,your the one who thinks that,Your an idiot, you make up shit and believe it,but their is help, they make medicine for that sort of wrong thinking.Have you had your flu shot yet?Dont forget to get one :D

  • @semiLivedj ...when you finish diddling your kid sister, go learn the difference between "there" and "their", and "your" and "you're".

I hope you get run over by someone speeding in THEIR car, fuckstick.

  • @mapache11 OK miss Crump,I didnt know you graded papers online, hahahaha,Hope you die of cancer alone! You fucking Goofdick!

  • @semiLivedj ...cumstains like you give all the other cumstains a bad name.

  • @mapache11 Damn it! I didnt mean to.Hahahaha,Your an Idiot! Your statement makes no sence! But then again, you make up shit and believe it!You must be in law enforcement!

  • fuck ye good job

  • I think it said "Inefficient Guitar Strumming", and he crossed out "Strumming" because that wouldn't make sense, so he left "Insufficient Guitar", which does.

  • It sounds like it was because the cop lied on the stand about being stationary.

The driver said the cop was motoring in the other direction and the cop did not counter that claim after saying he was sitting still on the side of the road. I suppose you could have gotten any in vehicle dash camera to validate that claim but the judge walked you to save face for the cop.

it would have been the end of the cops career since it would have proven him a lier.

  • So you won because the cop messed up his evidence. No because of all that freeman on the land stuff. JUst so thats clear.

  • @batmanjim1 where in the title or info does it say anything about freeman?

sounds like he is free though free to refuse the ticket under what law?

looks like the court backed down

    so drop it

    muppet

  • hell yes!!!!!! I watched all the tapes and i was so happy when he said not guilty. Is long as you are polite and can say that the cop did not do what he says he did in this case "was not stationary" the judge has to overturn the complaint/conviction against you.I think it says "Insufficient Conviction" But i could be wrong I'm not a lawyer.I'm so happy to see people STAND UP against these scum bag cops trying to hit a number of tickets a month or worse harass everyone they see!! KEEP FIGHTING

  • You rock! More people should be like you..

  • Good job, Nick!

  • I think u had a very kind hearted judge. He should be commended for not being a hard ass. Still good job on your part. Congrats

  • fuck yeah man, i laughed my ass of at this. i have been reading up on the law alot lately and it is hilarious. next time i go to court i'm just not going to identify myself as anyone but i will say that i am me rather than identifying myself as a name or as a defendant

  • good job, ryder. the people slamming on here you are ignorant. i especially love the "well, you COULD have harmed someone, so you should be responsible and pay." ..no..that's backwards.. you WERE being personally responsible for the safety of yourself and others and used discretion to decide your course of action.. i mean, i COULD have hooked my niece in the face when fishing yesterday if i wasn't being alert and responsible for every cast..does that mean we should have new fishing statutes?

  • @fufsington However, fishing is not against the law. Mr. Ryder, on the other hand, WAS breaking the law, and admitted that fact in court. His entire defense was built upon his jusitfication of breaking that law: 'keeping up with traffic'; 'the speed limit SHOULD be higher on the straight away', etc.

  • Every citizen has a duty to resist if he feels he has been wronged. Especially these days where police are no longer honorable or truthful. Win or lose, he did the right thing and should be commended for it. Although, next time, wear some nicer clothes to improve your credibility in the courtroom. Sweat pants and an orange shirt that says "Football" just doesn't cut it.

  • i would say " insufficient counter" evidence to your statement "he was not stationary"

Great job!!! keep postin the truth so we all can get out of this shit hole system..

  • I think it says "Insufficient Caselaw"

  • @random2310 Interesting theory. But there's no reason he'd cite case law in a speeding ticket case.

  • @GloriousCoconut Is this to nick, I hoping u could help me. I received a speeding ticket I did not sing an it say im hispanic witch im not. I rote rejeckted on it and sent it to the courts. Did I do the rite thing?

  • @GloriousCoconut Congrats on winning this one! I believe the judge cited case law due to the facts of the incident. Therefore, there was no case against you, and found you not guilty. Actually, technically it should have been dismissed, but not guilty sounds better. Cheers, I'll drink a cold one for you.

  • Nice job! maybe it was the fact that you mentioned you stand equal in a court of law so it's one mans word vs another.

  • hey ya fuckin douchbag, they invented a word for ya, its called the scumbag..rot in hell bitch. there's a reason cops are cops. i would love to run into a doucher like you on the street. fuck you

  • You admitted you were speeding, you should have paid the fine. Special treatment? I'm disgusted you think you are his equal. What do you do for this state or country?

  • @soccerg2005 he is a taxpaying American Citizen he is the troopers equal it's the mentality of people like you that allows the attitude of law enforcement officers that they are above the law.

ACTUALLY, the trooper is employed to serve the regular American Citizen. SO.....

  • Congrats, good job, sure it'll give you some confidence build up for future 'offences' keep it up!

  • It's nice to see there is still fairness and liberty in the court system. I may have my day when I fight the state of Maryland over a supposed tax I owe.

  • so when I go to court if the people that called me in have any flaws in their statements, it looks good

  • If the officer did not tell the truth or whole truth in ANY aspect of the incident in question, then he cannot be considered a credible witness and the judge BY LAW must not count his testimony as credible evidence and thats why he was found NOT GUILTY.

  • @MegaAmericanhero Not to mention that it's perjury and he should thus be charged with it. They may be able to lie to you on the street; but in a courtroom, NO ONE should lie.

  • @MegaAmericanhero interesting point. I was advised recently that there is a supreme court ruling regarding police officers permitted to lie in order to coerce a confession. If police are allowed to lie and wear a gun and badge, the credible witness argument might work across the board when no actual tort is involved.

  • Congrats!

    Frame that letter!

  • good job !! !!

  • I loved the part where you brought up the special treatment NICE

  • Great job!

  • What a punk ass bitch.

  • had to be a cop

  • Who?

  • Hey bitch boy go fuck your mother some more.

  • wooooooohooooooooooo.....good Job!!!!

  • thanks for fighting ... and great to hear you got your win.

thanks for sharing your info. to the humans for more of us to take a stand like you.

  • well done dude

  • Hey. you got so many comments on your video I'm not sure if you'll get read mine, but I just wanted to let you know I learned a lot from your video and it was fun to watch you leave the cops speechless. Thank you for posting this video up.

  • Hey way to go! Here's our next school shooter in the making.

  • looser bet ur cop or a parking enforcer

  • great point or view. in case you weren't paying attention, he won his case through due process of law. he brought up some valid points in the trial and it is people like you that are hurting society. have a nice day.

  • Wow I am so impressed. I would bet that cop will think about this in the future. This type of thing actually helps educate the cops.....that it those who are teachable.

  • YES! you are my hero BRO, I love the argument that you gave in court, even the cop started to hesitate while he was trying to give you the answer, his attorney his objection was not good enough, and it was declined by the judge, in fact the judge corrected the attorney twice, by saying the defendant was asking a legitimate question, the attorney was chewing his nails. very well done bro, and I look up to the people like you, you were calm, collective, and you did your Homework, and it paid off.

  • Awesome job well done, even if you lost you would have still won, fight on for FREEEDDOM!

  • Great job. The judge was very respectful as well. We all need to stand up for our right to travel. The more people who do it the more free we will be. The Police need to be reminded that it is their job to protect and maintain invidividual rights. In order for there to be a crime there must be a valid cause of action with an injured party whos right has been violated. I would have motioned to dismiss as soon as you proved that you were not in equal standing.

  • Great Job!!

  • Good work ... trooper was just doing his j o b, and so were you. I liked the part in which you stated the you are compelled by the constitution to "not pay" this fine. I think you could very easily been held to the fire and been either compelled to pay the fine, or bear the burden of consequence from not paying the fine. Personally I believe the judge rewarded you for being civilly active and pro-active. Again, good work.

  • Thanks.

Yes, I agree I could have easily been found "guilty" and "forced" to pay, but I was ready to non-comply with that as well, and the judge knew it. He decided not to crack down this time.

No doubt round 2 for me will come someday. It's just a matter of when and how.

  • @GloriousCoconut I do believe it said "Insufficient Content" Meaning that the case brought against you did not have sufficient proof against you.

  • Hey, there's always next time...

  • Well done. The realization of being an equal was awesome!!

  • Looks like "CITATION"

  • I believe the judge either wrote on a blank citation, or on top of a copy of the one the trooper gave me for speeding.

  • awesome

  • nice :)

  • Excellent! Well done, Nick.

  • cool

  • Awesome!

Say Nick, was that addressed to you in upper and lower case letters in your name or a corporate "all capitals" name?

Great job and way to stay smart!

I think you got the cop on his little lie. Chalk up one for the good guys!

  • Awesome. Good job.

  • fantastic buddy! Way to go!
