  • No Norm Let The New Covenant Speak, Not The Whole Bible. You Willing To Debate On Rightly Dividing The Word Of Truth. You Debate All These Other Things, Will You Debate Me On This, I Think Not Because You Know I Can Answer All Your False Notions That Mathew-John B4 The Cross Is New Testament. Show us Book Chapter And Verse That Proves Mathew-John B4 The Cross is New Testament? Show Us New Testament B4 The Cross. Mathew 5:17-18 Mathew 7:12 Mathew 1:21 Mathew 10:5-6 Mathew 15:24.I Await.

  • ‎"You therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, BEWARE LEST YOU ALSO FALL FROM YOUR OWN STEADFASTNESS, being led away with the error of the wicked;" - 2 Peter 3:17

  • If saved always saved, Why would Jesus tell us to pray always that we might be accounted worthy to escape the wrath to come? He that shall endure until the end. Colossians 1:23. Timothy 4:1-3. Hebrews 3:12, 4:1, 10:26. There's so many more. But you don't have to fall. Jude 1:24. Matthew 24:13, 24:48-51, 25th chapter. These virgins all had oil at one time, but five of them let their oil or Holy Ghost run out. Their lamps were gone out. Stay filled with God's presence. God bless you all!

  • If our beliefs contradict the whole of the Word of God, we must conform to the word. We must not take a few verses that declare the promise that God will never forsake us, and ignore the ones that admonish us to persevere unto the end lest we believe in vain and to examine and test ourselves daily to see whether we are in the faith. This is not work's salvation. This is fear and reverence for God in a loving relationship. God will never impose on our free will. Every gift can be disgarded.

  • @Anwarrior09 Thank you for your very good comment.

  • Oops! Wrong account. But thanks, again.

  • Thank you preacher Norm. I thought I was alone when I read scripture that says the no one can pluck us out of God's and he who began a good work will finish it; HOWEVER, admonishments to persevere unto the end and not to quench the Holy Spirit, as well as not to DEPART from the faith you were once in Christ. Every word of God is pure (Proverbs 30:5) and we must take it so. Christ is not divided, and scripture says he is the word; thus the understanding of the word must be found undivided.

  • 2 Peter 2:20-22 Peter calls them dogs that having vomited, return to their vomit and eat it again....these are Christians who have left the faith. "And the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire." You can be lost. No, no one can take you from God's Hand...but you can jump!

  • You said it! Amen.

  • @willmonchic, absolutely! Good point!

    Also, read

  • Pastor Norm,

I am finding your videos fascinating. In response to your comment about preaching out of the Bible (2:10), I would like to know how Biblical is sola scriptura?

  • If what you were saying is true, I could put you back under the law, and the sacrificial order, carnal ordinances.

    "Just Bible verses", right.

Prov:20:6: Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find?

  • "And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all that he has given me, but raise them up at the last day." John 6:38-40. It's not possible for P.Norm to understand a verse like this because of his limited understanding of GRACE and who God is - Norm is working his way to heaven! Norm thinks his savation is performance driven - how are you scoring right now Norm? "And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption." Eph.4:29-31

  • 1 Thess 5:19 "Quench not the Spirit" look up the word "quench" in a strongs concordance (KJV)

  • What's your point friend? I walk by the Holy Spirit, and I take ALL of God's word with great seriousness - Norm takes selective verses that suit his theology with great serious - he ignores the rest!

  • "And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all that he has given me, but raise them up at the last day." John 6:38-40.

  • 1 timothy 5:12 "Having damnation(condemnation) because they have cast off their first faith." Read in Romans 8:1KJV to see who isnt in "condemnation"

  • OK, "NotYourTypicalNegro," would you define the term "once-saved-always-saved" for the audience. I appreciate your interest in keeping the discussions on correct terms.

  • The bible teaches once save KEPT saved. 1 Peter 1:3-5.

  • Amen brother!!

Lets "Contend for the faith ONCE delivered to the saints."

  • It's not possible for Preacher Norm to understand "once saved, always saved" because of his limited understanding of GRACE and who God is - Norm is busy working his way to heaven! Norm thinks his savation is performance driven.

"And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all that he has given me, but raise them up at the last day." John 6:38-40.

  • what does that verse mean when it says that???

  • It means that the fire of God's spirit is not to be doused with sin. Believers are also instructed to not greive the HS (Eph. 4:10), but to be controlled by the HS (Eph 5:18) and to walk by the HS (Gal 5: 16). There you go - if you think you have a point to make - Make it!

  • PreacherNorm, without getting into whether or not I agree or disagree you have greater problem, which is that of definitions. I think you should first define the terms/concepts you are referencing ("saved", "once saved, always saved", "falling from grace", etc.). Failing to do this only creates more confusion. And as for your rating, you got that because of the category you're in -- Autos & Vehicles. so I wouldn't get too excited.

  • I really appreciate your clarifying that for me. I didn't even notice what the category was. I normally post to the people & blogs category, so I really didn't even think about. About defining the terms, I think you're right that terms need to be defined but when the term "once-saved-always-saved is used I think that most people in the denominational world understand what that is referring to.

  • PreacherNorm, to be honest with you, I don't really think most people do understand the term "once-saved-always-saved", just as they generally do not understand anything about Calvinism or Arminianism.
