  • Great Van, DOOR SUCK! CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL ROB YOU IF YOU NEED TO REPAIR THE DOORS AND TRUNK! Our doors are either frozen closed, won't open, try to open when driving or draining the battery till it's DEAD!..Great Van Toyota. When Momma's not happy - nobody is! Please get out a recall befors something bad happens.

  • Base on all the comments about the malfunctioning powered doors on the new sienna, I think it time for another recall.

  • I found the auto-doors to be quite indispensible while our daughter was young. But, I do agree that the cost of repairs on the door slider make repairs prohibitive. We have one slide where the autoslide does not work. I will try to fix it myself because the dealer wanted over two grand to fix it. That is not worth it. The Van overall has been OUTSTANDING. We have 240k miles and its doing great. :)

  • not good i have a lot problem with the plastic coated steel wire as a part of the power door mechanism ....they ask 1800 to fixit ...............don't buy it

  • Don't buy an auto door...mine just got stuck today in the open position...dealer is asking $2700 to fix!

  • Just inspected the 2011 model on the showroom floor. It is still using a plastic coated steel wire as part of power sliding door mechanism. The plastic coating in my van dried up and cracked, exposing the steel wire. When this happens, the door will be hard to open. When the steel is completely exposed, eventually the cable can snap. It happened to me and my doors (yes, both sliding doors) are only in manual mode now. I was told that it would cost $2000/door to fix.

  • A lot of them fail working right after warranty expires. Getting stuck in open or closed position not detecting resistance while closin( debngerous when you have small kids)

  • Awesome toy!!!!!!!!!!!!
