Nah man... the Hydrogen is split into protons and electrons- this split creates electricity. After the hydrogen atom (the proton and electron) is reunited plus air (oxygen) it creates water. (it's all a bit nerdy -i know. but THAT's how it works.) So water is not made of electricity, but made AFTER the electricity is generated.
