I was fortunate enough to play in the sax section with Mark in the Glenn Miller Orchestra (1990) and I was amazed by his dedication to practice and also his discipline. A really cool guy, also.
Mark is always amazing! For me, the gratest living sax player! Nice to hear this Mr Ploug! Great musical taste! Your sound lets hear, the influens Mr Kurt had on you and on a buncher of contemporary guitarists! Great to hear, good music lives! Nice group! Awesome song! Thanks for posting Mikkel!
incredible melodies on this one. i love mark's long lines that covers almost all the register of the instrument. i mean what he does between 3:30 and 3:43 is a trademark of his and sounds absolutely amazing.
i love the tone on the guitar, he indeed borrows some ideas from rosenwinkel. by the way the melody of the song reminds me of something else at times, but can't really say what. something classical i think... any ideas?
