high side gears sometimes work.. i live in upstate ny.. snows every single day up here from oct to march so i would have to say i have more than a little experiance driving in the snow over 23 years driving truck in it.. its not just the high gears you need to rock it.. your truck has hot tires when you stop and turns the snow to ice underneath you when you stitting there you wake up your stuck.. put it in 4th or 5th barely get it moving forward backward get some momentem and thats it

J. B. Hunt illegally fired me from the DCS/Staples account in Dayville, CT for refusing an unsafe dispatch. They offered me $35,000 hush money to keep quiet about it and go away but I refused. I told them that I don't want the money I just want my job back. J.B. Hunt should give me my job back because I was only doing the right thing by insisting that safety was more important than all other aspects of the job. Give Isaac his job back J.B. Hunt , and live up to your standard of "Safety First".

I would guess they had an empty trailer. Probly got stuck in an icy groove. Using higher gears sometimes works but not always, That's a Pilot it probably has huge pot holes in a parking lot as well.
