I have watched very carefully round by round and came to this conclusion. Round 1 warm up for both Round 2 Holyfield Round 3 Holyfield Round 4 Holyfield Round 5 same Round 6 same Round 7 Holyfield Round 8 same Round 9 Valuev Round 10 Holyfield 11. Holifield 12. Same. In entire fight Valuev had only ONE or Two clear punches and the rest of the jab was on the air. Holyfield landed clear shots on jaw of a Valuev so many times, I lost count.
Announcer,"He doesnt feel hurt or threatened by Evander..." Well, 1:38 shows Valuev was taken aback then steps away from Evanders agression, that pretty much shows Evander hurting Nikolai.

Horrible fight, but, even if holyfield played shit, he played...Valuev is Mountain Rushmore...he doesn't move and throw lots of jab without landing, Evander throws less but score in an higher percent. So, the less crappy was Evander, he has to "win".
P.S.: I would like to see a 23 Y old Tyson agains the best Valuev...what a big crush on the ground! :D

I don't believe Valuev actually wanted to knock Holyfield out, he had too much respect for him.
However,Evander CLEARLY won this match,no doubts at all. There should have been legal action taken as this was a jobbing.

@imperialpod it would be a big draw Holyfield vs Adamek alot of people would go to see that..Holyfiled still fighting at 48, and hes ranked at a decent spot, thats crazy.......my opinion is that he did beat Valuev and he should have been the oldest man to win the heavy weight belt.

I guess, the foriegners didn't want him Evander to have it. Everywhere I've read was that this bout was a snoozer. Liek Ric Flair use to say, "In order to be the man, .. you have to BEAT the man!" Evander I guess, needed to do more. Shame, he looked great.
