  • What you've showed here is a polish soup called "barszcz ukraiński" (ukrainian borscht). "Barszcz Czerwony" (red borscht) is made of beet only, without beet greens, potatoes, egs, carrots, onions or dill even. It is made with garlic and some spices like marjoram. Red borscht is a christmass meal served with "uszka" (small meat pierogies).

    And i must say it tastes way better than borscht you showed how to make.
