This is not about whites trying to kill the source of living of the japanese people. THIS IS ALL ABOUT ANIMAL CRUELTY! Animals have all the right to live! They deserve to to live in the wild.. Why do the japanese have to kill 23,000 dolphins? And they are heading the IWC, when in fact, uses its name for them to do whatever they wanted to do with those dolphins! I do not hate the japanese but I hate what they are doing... the dolphins are not their property to sell, to slaughter, and to kill!!!

I live in South Africa, we have a aquarium in Port Elizabet. The aquarium had a live dolphin show (they didnt abuse them) i love going there. But it seemed not to make enough money so the aquariu had to close and the dolphins would go to Japan...but luckily it didnt and when I were watching this movie all i could say was THANK GOD for getting our aquarium more popular so the dolphins could stay!

I think the Asian countries don't value life as much as we do in Europe. It is a cultural difference that has infected the whole world. @Amandah86 There not only is an endangered species list but there are other species that are threatened and vulnerable too. Which are equally as necessary to maintain their population for the greater good of our ecosystems. Even if the slaughters are taken place from September through March, that may not be enough time for their numbers to raise again. Also, that's a seven month span which is the majority of the year. It's actually a long 'hunting season' and a sort time for recovery.

@Amandah86 Pigs don't contain mercury, methylmercury, cadmium, DDT and PCBs. Sure factory farm livestock can be feed antibiotics and other crap, but you can always purchase free range, unlike dolphins. Dolphins have little to none nutritional value due to their insanely high mercury levels and the increase in water pollution. If you eat dolphin meat you're pretty much eating poison. I do agree that livestock factory farm system can be improved to be more humane, but both are unethical.
