The first waterspout I ever saw was in 1964 in the Mediterranean sea. Was there HAARP back then? I don't think so.
HAARP may not be the best thing for this planet - most likely nefarious - but waterspouts are a natural occurrence.

Okay so I've been reading/watching videos on how "HAARP" work and based on my thought...isnt this way too damn small to be an effect of a ionosphere rebounding? and by the way thats a waterspout . The bright color is the sun reflecting off of a sandbar or the water. Dont get easily tricked by some bullshit everyone spreads online and follow it after seeing "evidence"

It has nothing to do with the dolphins.
The dolphins beached themselves, as they sometimes do, and spent some days getting cooked by the sun.
It was a completely unrelated event. Different place, different date.
Only the creator of one other video claims otherwise... And that person has no credibility.

The frequency of the HAARP signal has absolutely no effect on the weather, waver molecules or anything else in the troposphere. It only affects charged particles in specific layers of the ionosphere. And the ionosphere has no impact on weather.

The ionosphere is as much a part of space, as it is a part of the atmosphere.
The ionosphere has no impact on the weather phenomenons in the troposphere.
If you think you can explain why these scientific facts are wrong, go ahead and submit an article to Nature.
