Are you referring to the dancer here? How is he nasty? Her dancing is unpretentious and actually quite sweet. She's not what our idiot media would call the perfect woman, but I think she's an ideal. The subtle curves of her body accentuate a perfectly shaped belly and well-timed and sensual undulations.  She is easily one of the loveliest dancers on YT, and I'd hate to think that haters have turned her off to showing herself here.

You looked really good in 2005. But now you need to lose some weight. In order to do that you have to make exercise an on-going part of your life. Do a good half hours exercise each and every day, it doesn't matter what it is, brisk-walking, cycling, the gym, all are good. You do that and 3 months from now you'll be back in your 2005 shape. Then keep up that regimen for the rest of your life.
