I grew up with Ampalaya as a kid, my mom told me to soak in salt water and squeeze out the liquid, good for your blood, my mom has been cooking for years and years. thanks for sharing this;)

I made my ginisang paria with pork but with pork belly, Hoooooo delicious and Ono...(good)...aloha from hawaii marty..oh you scramble your eggs and add at last minute of cooking, i put mines in when everything is done cooking, thumbs up to kaon!!!
