Thanks for the post but it's kind of the beginner version, isn't it? I don't mean to be crass....the open d part isn't played with a single g string 11th, 9th, 7th, 6th....it's chords. Think triads. The verse parts ( diddididid you hear the falling bombs) flatten out your finger into a barre....5th fret - 2nd, 3rd, and 4th strings all plucked together...down to 4th. You get it. Another thing, which sounds great. is dropping the 6th string to D. it's adds a lot. Lemme know and thanks again!
@patrikrush I did try that and it does sound good! The only trouble I have with it is I liked hitting that open note to buy time to get up to the next part. But the note you gave is a B so you can strike an open B instead, though it doesn't sound quite as good as doing 9th fret D string. I am going to fool with it more though. Thanks!
Thanks man, you helped me find some parts I couldn't figure out. Just a suggestion, I play it with the bottom E string tuned to D for a fuller sound. Keep up the good work!
Im so confused at 3:40. Why do you put your index on the 4th fret,e string if you're not playing it?

Thanks man!! You just taught me one great song.
In the walk down around 1:30, playing th G string open is easier for me than to go to the 5th fret on the D string.
Cheers
