You are very incorrect,an ethanol tanker is a lot harder to extinguish than a gasoline tanker. Conventional foams and AFFF do not work on E85,E95 or denatured Alcohol Fires, You can't dilute it and it is a terrible environmental polutant.
It said they weren't sure what caused the truck to turn over. I can't say this is what happened but my guess being that it was on that turn there it looks as if that truck couldn't make the turn and that was what caused it to roll.. Probably going faster than what he should have been going. Sympathy out to the family and friends of the driver and those involved.
