Vick should be, IF he has the tiniest bit of conscience and it is not 'all show' - which I believe it IS - a permanent lifelong BIG time contributor. THAT would not prove his heart is in the right place but it might prove that at least he cares what OTHERS think of him.

and further more - if this is supposed to be a "rehab" center, what staff do they have to actually rehab these dogs? Who will be responsible for socializing them and training them? Who will be responsible for addressing any of their needs - as surely they will have needs - being rescued from a life on a chain. Jut asking.

Those of you who are complaining... Stop being so negative and be thankful that these dogs are now in a BETTER home. They went to living in the mud on a chain to having a safe place to live. They have shelter, they have a place to run, they have people to play with them, they have water and food, and they certainly look happy. But all you can do is complain... I'm sure they realize their is still a lot to be done.

That can't all happen in the time they've had this place. Their is a lot to be done too. Sadly, money doesn't grow on trees. Give advice if anything, instead of telling them they don't know how to run the place.

SMALL as my efforts have been...I hold a HUGE amount of pride in the part I did play as I watch this video, seeing all the bad (dog fighting, life on a chain) transformed into a thing of beauty. I can think of nothing more uplifting than knowing my dollars are working miracles. Thank you DDB.

...i just wish you can just go around the world and help world dogs. :( I have seen signs in asia where they say "good,fresh, live dogs, you pick" my friend's mom raised a dog up to eat him in asia...I wishh something would change

@guitardoggie you sure about that???? I think you should check your facts. Before the CEO moved into the center she had at least 2 dogs as personal pets. What did she do with them?

I can't even understand how any animal lover could step foot on that property much less make it their home. But that is exactly what the CEO/founder has done. Her and her husband live there now. I am very curious to know - how many of the animals that have taken up residence in the center are the CEO's own personal pets.
