Listen friend. I know you are young, but you're buying into this crap which is just a fairy tale. All of our DNA is activated or we wouldn't be alive. As far as this ethereal DNA is concerned, where has it been verified, and by whom? If scientists haven't discovered these strands, then who has? What are their credentials?

There is part of our DNA that is "inactive" that scientists call "Junk DNA"
