Some people say they're vegetarians but then I see them eating shrimp....arrgghghhh! Vegetarians don't eat seafood, period. However, they do eat eggs (there's debate about that too) and dairy. Vegans don't eat any animal by-products - no dairy, no eggs, no honey.  Hope that helps! :-)
