  • good stuff, i want one

  • I WANT ONE!

  • okay guys, stop arguing over this and grow up. it takes away from "the art of being "An Archer""(said by BLong114) But The Real Use Of This "Squareup" IS NOT TO KEEP FOREVER! The Use For The "Squareup" Is To Help Those Who Are New To Archery, Or To Sharpen Up Your Aim (If You Seem To Have Inconsistency). So Go Ahead, Use It For Target Practice. Maybe Even For Hunting (IF YOU ARE HUNTING TO PROVIDE FOOD FOR YOUR FAMILY/etc.) But When You Are Competing, USE YOUR SKILL! NOT YOUR DUMB*** ADVANTAGE!

  • IMO this is taking it just a little bit too far. The whole reason shooting a bow is fun is because of that natural feel that you need to have. I don't personally have the time to master it but eventually I will switch to a recurve bow with no sights because of that natural feel that's required. If I wanted "two robin hoods in 20 arrows" kind of accuracy without exceptional skill I would just shoot a rifle. These modifications are nearly taking away the art of being "An archer".

  • I'm 13, should I try this out?

  • this is just a gimmick for poor, lazy archers. I know 12 years that have to use a 5 spot or the shaft, or "robin hood their arrows. Again and again I see gimmicks being used over true archery. want to know if you can shoot? grab and long bow or recurve, that is when you see if you are a true archer.

  • Hahaha, oh compound bows. Real men use traditional bows.

  • i need to get me one

  • wow theyll start outlawing these things before too long

  • I dont need a aroow cause i take a aroow to the knee

  • Knees beware.

  • Learning to shoot a compound with sights won't do you much good if you ever end up stranded with only a pocket knife, a wrope, and a grove of yew trees! Still if like most people you expect a swiss family robinson to be a rare thing, that go for compounds! I want the shoot both. Shooting a longbow right now, will start compounds soon. WON"T AFFORT THIS though!

  • Bows have been depicted in cave art from 15,000 B.C., Bow sites have been around for less than 50 years. Quit being lazy and learn to shoot a bow! If people REALLY needed sights to be a decent bow shot, they would have been old news by the time of Crecy or Agincourt...

  • @83jwilson Quit being Ignorant. & Quit playing dungeons and dragons.

  • @yourfuckinout How is knowing the history of the bow, and how to properly shoot one being ignorant? Sounds like a struck a nerve. Instead of getting upset, go practice your archery.

    p.s.

I don't play D&D, I don't need to. I can not only shoot a bow in real life, but I can hit my target with out a site.

  • that girl is hot

  • @surgtechcountry Yes Sir She is ;)

  • how about u use a real bow and arrow. one that takes skill to use. in middle ages ppl could hit a target at hundreds of yard without a sight.

  • I use to hunt deer with a bow, but then i took an arrow to the-- (comment removed)

  • Bows for lazy people.

  • @Descentless guns are for lazy people who don't take the time and energy to figure out right where the deer are coming from.

  • haha what a joke, I have 10 robinhoods in the past 3 years and longest one was 60 yards

  • How heavy is this bow?

  • I need this. I shoot a lot of deer. When I'm on the ground sometimes I rush a shot and accidentally squeeze my grip too tight. All the nay-sayers on these comments are clueless. Get in the heat of the moment enough times and you will see that torque will cost you a deer.

ROBIN HOODS HAPPEN ALL THE TIME. I hate them because they cost me 7 dollars, lol.

  • @briargoatkilla- Visit shop.hatcams . com today for FREE Shipping on a Square Up- also enjoy a 30 day no questions asked return policy! You are completely correct about the problem of bow torque! You will never hunt without the Square-Up after using it.

  • @briargoatkilla why do you "shoot a lot of deer" for food? I hate hunting as a sport. it's one thing if it's for food, killing a life for fun is cruel and wasteful

  • @Mikenopolis Great question and thanks for asking. I hunt for food only. Yes I have some trophy's on the wall, but I ate every bite of them. My family lives a very natural lifestyle. We get most of our meat from the woods and most of our veggies from our garden. We can easily eat 6 deer a year. With a bow, this is very hard to achieve, so any inexpensive gadget I can get to improve my chances of putting meat on the table is a no brainer. Please check out my channel.

  • how can i promote this in my bow shop and push the product if does what you say. Good luck guys. email me at wingmaster1@live.com ill see what i can do to help good work id like to try one

  • with this product can you shoot more than 50 yards with it?i hunt out in the west and a 30 yard shot spot n stock is slim to none.i practice a lot at 80 yards would this product work?

  • mythbusters said proved it was hard to do. which it is, is it possible yes ive gotten 3 and im only 15.

  • @KKSphyscotid Is that what it was? huh well thank you :)

  • Didn't the Mythbusters prove that you couldn't Robin Hood arrows?

  • @RyfusFox Kind of. I remember that episode. They were testing to see if they could split an arrow. So they used wooden arrows similar to long bows and materials Robin Hood used.

  • @RyfusFox You can, it's just REALLY hard.

  • ever try practicing or getting a torqueles grip.i mean if you need this with todays mordern bows maybe you shouldnt be shooting a bow.i have a dumb ass level on my hha sight never even use it this crap is useless while hunting

  • Great, more newbies taking 50 yard shots and leaving more wounded animals to die in agony. As a bowhunter for the last 45 years, I've seen enough of this from so called hunters. 30 yards max, only if your sure.

  • weird im 17 years old and i have shot 2 so far.and not at 5 yards lol

  • i want this

  • @The420grower - It absolutely works like it says it does and will make you a better, more accurate shooter. You can also return it within 30 days for a full refund so there's NO risk in buying it!

  • does the square up work on single pin sights?

  • @warlockfreak89 - Yes it does. For for info, visit shop. hatcams com.

  • I used to be a hunter like you but then i took an arrow to the knee

  • im lost on all this knee talk...

  • @4x4American - We think it has something to do with a video game kids are playing- they somehow stumbled across this video and have been spamming our comments section nonstop with these comments.

  • @skibum5722 Yes, the game is Skyrim....

  • just us a pipe sight

  • @CRABCRUNCHERZ -I think you're referring to a peep sight. A peep sight does not indicate bow torque. The Square Up is the ONLY product on the market that indicated bow torque.

  • @Lynviking And I think you might be a tad bit insecure with yourself, so you have to start arguments on a youtube comment board to make yourself feel relevant in the world... you also seem to have a problem with simple answers to your questions.

  • @yogurtpimp Insecure? Not at all! I simply replied to your comment. Apparently, you feel a bit awkward now because I betrayed your ignorance and made you feel irrelevant. You also seem to be fairly simple minded so, I will leave you alone now. Hurry along, your Play-Doh is calling.

  • @Lynviking No, you instigated an argument. You seem to have trouble grasping the original message of what I wrote.

"Apparently, you feel a bit awkward..."

About what? Had you not even said anything, I would of forgotten I had ever commented on here. I don't know where you get simple minded from or what your personal vendetta is against me, but you should probably stop trying to make yourself look more intelligent than what you are by berating others. It's really rude.

  • This thing is now everywere omg!

  • I came here not to see the arrow video but to see the spamming crap: "arrow to knee"

  • I don't see how telescoping an arrow is a good thing.

  • You probably thought I was gonna make an arrow to the knee joke.

    Nope, Chuck Testa.

  • Or you could have proper bow hand grip, and not have to worry about torque in the first place. Simple solution.

  • @BradHT- Proper and consistent bow hand grip is a problem that ails many archers. This is a tool to correct this problem that even professional archers have but never realized it!

  • @BradHT sorry everyone is not perfect like you.

  • Ya know, my ancestors did this same thing went they hunted buffalo... but all they had was a bent piece of wood and a string that had about 140+ lbs of pulling pressure..... and were over 300 meters away when firing.

All I'm saying is... maybe the bow isn't what needs to be worked on.

  • shes hot lol

  • I was gonna comment too.. But i took a arrow to he knee (How does this have to do with this video? he never got hit in the fking knee with a arrow if he did someone gimme a time frame..)

  • It took them this long to come up with the idea of a sight that has a rear window?

  • @MegaDhproductions lol i know right? i always wondered why they didnt make something like that ever since i started shooting bows a long time ago

  • i get groups like that outa my bows

  • @charvelgtrs lmao

  • native american will still win'

  • Every single comment I see is removed.

  • @kaz3kag3gaara - they are spam comments that are removed

  • Isn't that what a levels for?

  • @fingersallen No- this is a common misconception. A level does not indicate bow torque, it only indicates "side to side lean". You can have your level be 'level' while still having bow torque affect your accuracy (because your wrist is curling inward or outward). Bow torque is a misalignment of the bow riser's twist axis, which places the bows riser and arrow rest out of square to the most efficient nock travel.

  • @PSP2GUY - Check out this video the Square-Up can really help your shot become dead on...no pun intended! shop.hatcams.com is offering FREE shipping for a limited time only!

  • how does it set up with a quiver??

  • @maximumoverdrive96 - It mounts to your existing quiver mount on most sites. You then mount your quiver to the side of the square up.

  • @skibum5722 well thank you very much it's kinda cool that your are here to answer questions on you tube so thanks

  • it looks really nice but almost 70 bucks...

  • @thepikecatcher101 - Worth every dollar AND MADE IN THE USA! Could be cheaper but that's what you'll get, a cheap product! Not with the Square Up!

  • @tjc2012- You can use your existing sight. The Square Up will attach to the holes in your quiver mount. We are offering FREE shipping from shop.hatcams.com for a limited time only!

  • I use a Jennings "Black Lightning" bow... Going Ohio White Tail Deer hunting next bow season and looking for a decent sight... How much do these run and would it work on my bow?

  • I bet this works pretty good!

  • i would like to be a good shooter and hunter

  • Will this eliminate the peep?

  • @yfz10716 - No, you will still use your peep. You will look through your peep and make sure the sights are aligned in between the square up, which will be between your peep and the sights. This is the only way for you to see, in real time, whether or not you are torqueing the bow during the shot!

  • @skibum5722 hey i was wondering if its possible to adjust the maximum draw weight on a recurve bow. do you have any ideas?

  • If you can get Michael Waddell and Realtree to endorse this I will buy one! It just sounds to good to be true.

  • @javictory - We offer a 30 day NO questions asked return policy on the Square-Up from hatcams.com because we are so sure you will LOVE this product! This means you can try it on your bow and if you dont like it, send it back and we'll refund everything! • Badass

  • Will the square up work on a Martin Magnum bow with a slide in quiver?

  • @trentonkfletcher - Yes, you will need the target mount for slider style mounts (you will see this option at shop.hatcams.com) and you will be good to go. You will also get free shipping with this purchase!

  • @troycollins80 - Check out the product page at shop.hatcams.com for all of the info, pricing, and availability you'll need. There is an instructional video which will help you as well!

  • Robinhoodin is cool once. From then on it's just more money. I don't shoot more then 2 or 3 arrows at the same dot. Stick on dots are cheaper than arrows...

  • Matrix Shad is THE best Fishing LURe ever! LMB's, Specks to Bull Reds! awesome Lure!

  • but i use a long bow.

  • looks like it would be nice

  • will it work with a scope and clearafier

  • @123thomahawk- It will work with any fixed pin style sight. Clarifier and scope are magnification lenses in the peep and bow sight. My caution would be you may want to take a look at how that magnification and extra sight reference will affect you. This would be a case by case basis. Most importantly, Hatcams.com offers a 30 day no questions asked return policy- so you can buy the Square-Up and test it on your bow. If it does not work for you, send it back for a complete refund!

  • does this work for the pse impala recurve bow

  • @TheOutdoorsmenHD What sight are you using on your recurve?

  • Have ALL your installation questions answered by watching this Square-UP Installation video! youtube.com/watch?v=5egYOniGW-E

  • Reminder! The Free Shipping offer is going to expire soon! Visit hatcams.com before the Free Shipping opportunity ends.

  • How is this any different than a level?

  • @thepenguin1989- A level does not indicate bow torque, it only indicates "side to side lean". You can have your level be 'level' while still having bow torque affect your accuracy. Bow torque is a misalignment of the bow riser's twist axis, which places the bows riser and arrow rest out of square to the most efficient nock travel. Having the square-up, not a level, will make you a more accurate shooter.

  • Bought one a few months ago and I would highly recommend it. It definitely does what it says it will.
