UCS can make an Unlimited Suply of robots aslong there is metal and silicum avaible on earth
ED doest have ai so they need to put humans in controll so ucs talking no human lose and easly can make new weapons and bipots from scrapemetal ucs can easly dominate space since they dont need oxygen
the problem would be:(i experienced myself) that the UCS bots are stupid and the leading AI processors know as much about tactics as i know about the meaning of life

it is bullshit, because the USSR wasnt ready for fight. stalin killed more than 40% of the officers.
only in 43 the SU was on the same lvl, after the war it was the biggest military power on history.
and after this, it collapsed. xD
