Shouldn't the constitution and bill of rights supercede (within common sense) any mandate or law unless that law is added to the constitution? Isn't that is why the founding fathers made it so you can still update the constitution but it is harder. So any other bill that comes after the constitution is irrelevant when put against the constitution cause bills are much easier to pass than updating the constitution. So isn't it safe to say, any bill that violate the constitution is already void.
It's almost impossible to win on this ground in a court system in which there is a conflict of interest....meaning, the Feds pay the salaries of the judges so who do you think the judges are going to side with? It's a rigged and immoral system....and "they" know it.

This is why a "war on drugs" along with other government programs will never go out of existence. Few people want to work themselves out of a job!
