There are many bad singers today who get overpaid. Now this girl can sing and yet she was not well known. Tells you right younger generations need to go back and learn from the pros. Love her voice!

Eva Cassidy had an amazingly angelic voice. But better than that, she was a genius at interpreting songs written by others and making them truly her own. Fantastic talent. The world will long remember and miss this incredible musician.

i only learned about her through David Archuleta when he announced he will sing duet with her, i did not know she died - rip. Gosh, she has an amazing voice!

Me too, I looked her up on here after he mentioned her several times. (He never said he WILL duet w/ her, seeing as that's impossible, but he would have wanted to...) Her voice is amazing.

i knew about eva cassidy, but have sort of just stummbled across her today and had know idea she sung all these great songs, but they sound so amazing with her voice, like they were ment for her, i feel so relaxed listening to her, amazing soul
