And since I am not in a Bruce Lee Secret Society anymore I would like to reveal a secret.( I truly hate secrets, so did Bruce) A secret to those who do not know how to generate energy, anyway.(Boxers know) Power originates in the hip area. Whether throwing a punch or kick, by throwing your hip into to it, it can maximize the impact. For this to be achieved effectively, you must develop the lower abdomen area which Bruce focused on to ad nauseam. Hope that helps. Love u Sifu Bruce and you all.

Bruce Lee was a skinny ass.... It was his zero percent body fat and latissimus dorsi that made him look big and strong. Strong he was for a man that size. I felt Bruce @ 140-150 even 160 would've been perfect as my theory is the reasons for his death were overworking, bad opium, ephedra use (incorrect dosage) and his inability to sit still and sleep long hours. As a trainer I know that a 135 lb man needs to rest a bit given his demanding schedule. We love you sifu Bruce.

@njw6 this barbell is 115 lbs, about 52kg (that pics was taken in 1973 and he weighted 127 lbs at that time so he could lift 90% of his own weight with one arm...)
