Get a pipe bender and use tubular steel, your frame is like a truss, extremely strong but extremely heavy. Weight = bad performance. Fun watch tho.

Poor design.The way some of the joints are cut with that little over lap will break the first you drive it.Better to just but the 2 together and use a gusset for strength.

Good project but that weak chassis wont work, its all useless at that quad but seat. Next time you will need to work with rounded chassis.
