well because they dig under the foundations of the buildings at work, and i have to murder them in order for our building not to fall in thier holes.... no buildings=no job, no dead groundhogs to show boss, who smiles when he sees me with the dead subject(s)=no happy boss (miserable!)... so needless to say we get rid of them, i knock them out before i kill them to be humane. they are a pest in PA here if you relocate them they become a pest somewhere else to someone else... it's best this way.
