it's not that hard to make take a small bottle and either glue it or tape it to a bigger bottle make a hole in the cap so you can put a downstem in it then take a tube and have it go from inside the small bottle to the big bottle cut the bottom off the big bottle and tape a bag to it then hold down the bag some how light it and pull it up take off the cap and take your hit
