Is it really a story? I mean with the rates of black on white crime is it that unusual? Well yes and no, the magnitude of torture and extreme sadistic nature are but, the killing, rape, robbery, etc. are not really news now are they. About 1200 White American fighter pilots became Aces, yet not one single black pilot earned that honor. No black pilot ever shot down more than 4 planes.
