OK im a SAAB guy.. and if u are sponsored EVO driver, u must compete against a Sponsored SAAB.. Saab is fwd, u right 0-60 it isnt fast.. But take my saab 9000 CSE 420hp 600nm driving start from 60mph.. its pretty fast, not just cause the power, but the gearbox is the jewel in this case. BUT no matter how much power the saabs has, it cant beat 4wd from 0mph. A standard Aero 95 sedan beats a ferrari on 5th gear from 80kmh-150kmh ( not an enzo though)

dude are you stupid. the compression of a saab is so low because of the turbo. It has a t3 turbo stock. Throwing a t3/t4 turbo hybrid in there will put out safely to a 900 or 9000 or even a 9-5 and 9-3 16psi of boost. my 97 900se has stock everything. it has 195hp stock going to the wheels. But theres a bolt that you can snap off that makes it tunable. which right now stock it puts out 8psi of boost now its putting out 12psi of boost putting out 210fwhp.

ive had 5 9000 turbos (and several other old european sports cars/sedans/hatches), most modified, and currently own a 1995 9000CSE ~300hp daily driver and a 1986 porsche 951...you are fooling yourself if you believe the 9000 is the superior speed machine, it's FWD and the 2JZ engine in the supra is capable of 1k hp on stock internals. come on folks, any car can be made fast, but the supra has a huge edge out the factory. im a huge fan but the 9k is NOT A SPORTS CAR fwd suckz if you enjoy driving
Supras are built for speed, Saabs are built for luxury. They're both good at what they're designed for, but you'd have a hard time turning a Supra into an executive car.

I know the compression is low because it's a turbo, no shit. That has nothing to do with the strength that a little 4 cylinder would need to support 650 hp.

Saab 2.3L 9000's can make around 350BHP on stock internals, then you have to start changing things around...

We make 500HP on the b234 9000 stock block, its the newer Viggen and 9-5 engines that we start to change internals in at around 315HP ;-)

ive had 5 9000 turbos (and several other old european sports cars/sedans/hatches), most modified, and currently own a 1995 9000CSE ~300hp daily driver and a 1986 porsche 951...you are fooling yourself if you believe the 9000 is the superior speed machine, it's FWD and the 2JZ engine in the supra is capable of 1k hp on stock internals. come on folks, any car can be made fast, but the supra has a huge edge out the factory. im a huge fan but the 9k is NOT A SPORTS CAR fwd suckz if you enjoy driving

Supras are built for speed, Saabs are built for luxury. They're both good at what they're designed for, but you'd have a hard time turning a Supra into an executive car.
