this is a verry sad song and we never listen to it. 40 days vefore i was born, my brother that was 6 years old got killed in the war in lebanon, so it's like a knife in my parents hart each time they listen to that song!

that song was for her son who died after a long illness. her life was full of sadness, ammazing she pulled all that weight, her husband used to spend all her money at the casino du liban. God helped her and she is what she it today. God bless her she is Phoenician after all.

Yeah if you listen closely to what she is saying in the song, you will notice that she is telling a little story of someone she missed so much, his name was shady, she used to play with him. He was really sick in a wheelchair. never made it to the adulthood. sad

When she says wel telij eja wa ra7 el telij 3eshreen mraa eja wa ra7 eltelij wa ana sirit ekbar wa Shadi ba3do sghayar 3ame yel3am 3atelij which means winter came and winter went 20 times winter came and winter went, and I started growing old and Shadi stayed the young boy playing in the snow. This symbolizes that Shadi's early death kept him young & immortal like. Its a sad song really
