This video was in my Snr 1st Aid Training too. I'd seen it 2 weeks before on the show on tv and was very impressed. Along with my training, this now reinforces my confidence in stepping up to the plate when it's needed. Everyone ought to learn CPR - it's much easier than you'd think. No more fussy rules about it. No right and wrong. Just do the best you can with a basic procedure.
