The video is extremely shaky, and I think the frame rate was to high, the frames were to sharp and there wasn't enough motion blur

Good looking 954 and nice gear.

Quality is more than acceptable from a small compact camera. I do really want to buy G11 but the fact that it lacks HD video, makes me want to rethink. Although I suppose it's one of the best compact cameras there is on the market right now.

my birthday is coming up and i am asking for money so i can buy a camera.

i was looking at this one... but i heard that the indoor pictures were very bad...

here are some things that i am looking for:

super zoom (at least 10x optical), hd video (at least 720p), at least 8 megapixels, and i would really like it to have standard usb so i don't have to use a proprietary one... oh and i want a camera that can fit in my pocket

As you are not planing to do PRO work this one will do just fine. If you need to do PRO work you need PRO equipment 5D mark II for example ;)
