  • One wonders if her pubic hair and the crabs in it were blonde just like her head.

  • wow!, thats very violent and disturbing for the 50s old movies rule!

  • What is the phone used in this?

  • grace kelly is very sexy pretty woman

  • You can see the tip of the scissor handle already in his back before she "stabs" him. She actually just drops the scissors.

  • i DON'T CARE HOW OLD THAT IS. tHAT IS DISTURBING

  • Who says hello that many times I say it once and slam the phone down

  • NO I WON'T TOUCH ANYTHING!!!

  • ha stocking...

  • I need to watch this. She is a good actress, very good looking

  • Grace Kelly is the mothahfuckin shit

  • i cant give it a thumbs down because you didnt make it, but id much rather watch phyco.-- this is a bit corney

  • awesome!

  • Favorite line: "Did he get away?" @2:00 He really plays it for comedy!

  • Good ole Grace Kelly schooled that would-be hit man!

Seriously, she was gorgeous and Hitchcock was one of the greatest.

  • love this

  • best movie ever and 4 a dead lady she's

    hot.

  • @msariah right on both counts

  • @onemooners I never mock the cock, 4- 2- reasons he was a visisionary, but also the guy had one helleva sense of humor for what went around Hollywood.

  • If you pause at 1:05 and look closely there is a spot on the muderers back this is because the Scissors are already in his back before Margot stabs him!

  • Waht was most amazing was that a woman (or, even, a man) could have stab those scissors into the assailant man's back so strongly from that angle. They could have improved the acting or something.

  • Inglourous Basterds had a shot-out to this scene.

  • So what?

Hey, if all these "movie studios" can release the Jonas Brothers, Hannah Montana, Spy Kids 3-D, Shrek 3-D, or any of that greasy kid stuff in 3-D,

THEN WHY CAN'T THEY RELEASE "DIAL M FOR MURDER," "HONDO," OR "KISS ME, KATE" IN 3-D ON DVD, TOO?

Time to release a really, really GOOD 3-D movie in 3-D on DVD.

  • Brutal!

  • By 0.25 I think anyone else would have given up and put the reciever down!

  • @eaudefaux jesus what a comment she can hear the club at the back she knows someone is there. and in the 50's.

good God mock a film but dont do it to hitch film its embrassing. he is one the best directors of the 20 th century.

  • @xwingclass Mock? You think I am mocking my favourite film? I am merely making an observation one that seven thumbs up says other people found quite accurate/amusing.

  • @eaudefaux I notice you are only 23, so not old enough to remember when everyone's calls were by land line. On a cell phone, one might have a dropped call. In the land line days (I don't have one anymore, just cell), one would initially be more patient. But, on top of this, if she could tell (breathing, etc.) that someone was there, people found it quite unnerving when no one said anything. So, upset or angry, they'd keep on awhile. Like calling back unknown caller who hangs up on cell phone

  • @lejistar How hideously patronising you are. And naive to think that the age listed on my page might be my actual one. (Besides, what 23 year old doesn't remember land lines for Christ's sake???)

  • @eaudefaux : Certainly don't mean to be hideously patronising (maybe very marginally patronizing), and I certainly could not imagine why anyone would greatly understate their age in such an anonymous place. Anyway, were you to be, in reality, in your 20's, you might conceivably have little experience with home-based land lines, as many people I know under 25 don't, in fact. Thus, you might well not know how rattling it tended to be to get "breathers" on the phone, particularly for women.

  • @eaudefaux she was blonde though.. you know how those blondes are

  • Not a murder sequence, as such. In fact, an attempted murder leading to a death in self-defence.

  • Never leave scissors around when you hire a hit man to kill your wife. The movie was implausible because Ray Milland was trying to knock off Grace Kelly, and not some old bag as his wife.

  • @bookkeeper57 one reason it's possible is because Ray Milland is aware that his wife is having an affair.earlier he states that he thought of killing the writer boyfriend, but changed his mind.

  • Great scene.

  • There was some kind of mix-up and this was posted to the How Do You Mock Hitchcock contest instead of our entry. The actual entry is called "Murder Calling" and can be seen as a Video Response to this video or within my other Videos.
