In the elevator, I think of it as when she sees him when the doors open, it's like he's telling her it's okay to go back and he will stay. It's like they were both in limbo and only one of them could go back, and he chose to let her live and he would die, and when she looks down, she understands and knows she can't change it.

Season five was my favorite season! Season six had so much promise but then the new characters that were awesome were ignored and the annoying ones had so much focus on them. I am so glad Izzie wasn't back in the final five episodes of season six like she was supposed to be because I bet that bitch shonda rhimes was going to kill her off in the shooting episode

George was by for THE MOST relateable character of the show, it was very sad when he wrote in merediths hand and grabbed it shortly after, hearing her voice was heartbreaking as is, but the ending was what got me :(

For the people saying that greys anatomy has gotten worse since george and izzie left and saying that the show is just repeats, thats not true. The show continues to have surprises for example the shooting rampage and also callie getting thrown through a window. There is always surprises. I think the show is still amazing and will be until the last episode

I think its just not the same anymore, they keep bringing new characters...but i prefer the old characters with Addison, George and Izzie, etc. I just think that they don't know what else to do, cause they've already done everything from bombs, to floods and murders. I just keep watching it to see the ending :P.

and I couldn't even stand missing one episode because you never know how good it's going to be, like the season finale with the shooting - those were two of my absolute favorite episodes and they turned things upside down again :)

@eLiLLy815 Screw Lexie/Mark - it was all about Lexie/George after Izzy and George broke up, I would have loved to have seen that. They were such a match. But oh well, life goes on, I really do miss George. He was such a great character, sad to see them kill him off.

@Bornz0r1337 George joined the army to be a trauma surgeon and on his way home to spend time with his mother pushed a pregnant woman out of the way of an oncoming bus and was struck and dragged by it, horribly disfigured. At the end of the episode it is foudn out that they doctors john doe patient is in fact George when he writes in Merediths hand 007 as he was termed in the first season because his patients tended to die. Izzy and George both code, with Izzy being resuscitated.
