Got to love you Digitil Soul, major respect. I need to get healthy myself but due to the crunch of University work at the mo I got to go for the high energy, high reward intakes like chocolate and caffine/sugar rich energy drinks to keep my body tempo high and cant have the crash of adjusting to a more balanced diet for the next month. But as soon as the term is done and dusted Im done with the junk and on the healthy road again and your uploads are good motivation dude. Keep it up you can do it

Hey man good to see you're stayin on track. Changing my diet's helped me lose 6lbs so far, and I plan to lose quite a bit more. This only comes with my very little amount of exercise, so I guess I should exercise more to burn more energy and calories.

@drummingsebber milk does not destroy your bones dunno where u got that from but milk contains alot of calcium therefore it is actually very important too drink milk especially if you are still growing it is important too get calcium since it helps strengthen your bones + it helps with transmission of impulses for the nerves and also with the heart rythem.
please be sure before posting a tip on something about getting down in weight since it can be a serious matter^^

@drummingsebber when milk turns sour it is more or less the same as it going bad and most people wont drink it then it is also eassy to spot since the milk then become thick and as it says become sour. osteoporosis i dont know much about it but from i read it was believed too have come from low calcium intake but that has been proven wrong and therefore from what i can tell is that disease has got nothing too do with them drinking milk

@Richardmchugh123 thats because your at a young ages and your active.I have a friends who was like you, he could never put on weight when he was was in his late teens and could eat all he wanted. but now that he is in his late 20's he has a hard time trying to keep off the weight.
Well, since I go to the gym 2-3 times a week. I've lost weigh, I was at 89 KG ( I have no idea how to explain it in english).
Atm, I weigh 81~ In less than 6 months, I still have to learn to eat healthy. I've stopped eating candy and shit like that. It's hard but it's worth it. ^^
The only drink I drink atm is Tea, and miniral water. Great video Soul.
i count all my calories, i eat 1200 calories a day 6 small meals a day, but SATURDAY...i get 1200 calories in 1 meal, but im usually full for the whole day after that

ANd I agree...If you can cut down on soda entirely, it's optimal. It's just about the sugar, but about the unhealthy chemicals they substitue for the sugar.
It's been a year and 2 months now since the last time i drank any type of soda. After i started P90X i decided that was one of the things i wanted to knock off my diet and after the 3 months i thought, hey, i made it 3 months without pop i think i can go longer. I don't even have that urge anymore.
My Gym teacher says that a strict diet for six days and one free day is the best way to do it. He's 56 and in the best shape of his life, no joke. He was 400 lbs. in his 20's and 30's.

I prefer white rice over pasta or wheat pasta, nothing like a bowl of white rice, some steamed carrots and broccoli and maybe some lemon pepper boiled chicken
and soda is AWFUL for you, water is the way to go.
But I'm working at it. I don't mean to spam your video but yea just had a lot to say of how I'm doing. so let me know if there's other things I should eat and what I should stay away from etc.
Today I walked to subway (made a video) and then I got a cold cut on regular bread with cucumbers and pickles and sweet peppers with no condiments just play ate a 6inch then got a can of Amazon Green tea it was like 70 calories a serving and the can was 3 servings umm I was drinking it on my way home walking so not sure if that was a smart choice or not and I also bought that extra gum they advertise for and I ate a snack earlier like 30mins ago which was half an apple I was too fool to finish.

I eat healthy and have junk food occasionally and have the amount of calories needed and more.
I do exercise, weight training etc. but can never put on weight it is so annoying.

I know this might be a little outrageous for you, but try using p90x it is very useful and it has it's own nutrition book.
Fun Fact: Peanut Butter was actually made for people with no teeth so they can get their calcium.
