NOPE stands for where we want to dump toxic wastes, which since the oceans have been banned, has become a commerce. She is complaining that we increasingly cannot dump in many third world countries. How is this realistic?

She's seems not to understand that there's no such thing as clean coal, expanding nuclear energy is unrealistic and dangerous, expanding US oil production in the face of global warming is a horrible idea... and what about peak oil?

I gave it a 5 star rating before she started spewing the nonsense, how do I get my rating back... ha...
