More importantly we've both got the same guitar ! You're the only person i've found with one of them. I know they're rare as hens teeth - but did you ever find out how many were officially made?

You're version is fantastic. Great tone from your Valvetronix. Cool to see another person with the exact same guitar. They are v rare. Rumour is only 10 were ever made. J Hawkins has 3 (the original prototypes in silver, gold pink). They were meant to come out as a sig model but he and Gibson had some "falling out" or something and the model was pulled overnight. I saw one in America without the bigsby a few years ago. Does yours have his signature on the truss rod cover ? Mine doesn't.
