OMG this is so freakin Chase. I love how you captured how they always schedule their workshops on the worst possible days and that its the same crap they go over every time. Like we don't hear the same bs everyday in the huddles and do enough role play that they feel they need to dedicate a whole day. I guess they feel the more they tell you the more they can brain wash you.

This is so true. The ABM and BM get all the glory and we as tellers get crapped on not only by them by we end up dealing with I rate customers!!!!
