Okay, for everyone that has the cannot connect to host connection refused, you have the wrong ip adress. you need to find your iphone ip adress, to do that, go to settings>wifi and then click the blue arrow next to the wifi you are connected to and look at the ip adress. put that in the viewer instead and it will ask you on your ipod if you want to allow it to connect, click yes and it works. if it has your own computer screen showing you have a vnc server running, go into your taskbar & stop it
