The guy on guitar isn't playing that part because you can see him playing nothing during that riff section at the beginning. Not sure it matters if its recorded this performance is obviously real. I'm just a detail freak with this stuff.  Anybody else notice this? Maybe that part is being played buy the house band.

Dude the album as a whole is tight. They aren't funk, rock, punk, R & B or soul. The Heavy is all of that rolled into one! I'm dying to catch them live. I've seen James Brown, Tower Of Power multiple times and these guys are musicians of the same caliber, they're horn section for as small as it is just as tight if not tighter that Tower Of Power's whose brass section is tighter than JB's. This is REAL music not this bullshit you hear on the radio or wherever!

Most of the time when bands play on TV, it is like "Cool...They are...sort of good". These guys, they sound AMAZING live. This song has a ridiculous amount of energy...

If you don't feel like dancing, head banging, air drumming, or at least just moving during this song, you shouldn't listen to music!

@cowdust51 Dave has never asked for an encore before this performance. Bands/comics/performers are told that they have exactly X amount of time, not "about 4 minutes." You can see Dave's reaction, he loved these guys and was his first time hearing the song.
