Cher has always done a ton of charity work too, but you never hear about it because she keeps herself out of the limelight w/ it, because she doesnt do it "for show".

My whole life I've never understood the attraction to her. She is NOT nice to look at. A great actress, yes (Moonstruck is one of my all time favorite movies). A looker, no. And she's DEFINITELY not a singer either. Ugh!
