  • Is the reported an American? Because American always narrated Me like I'm a kid :P

  • Gotta love nature

  • God I love cats!

  • one fucking big snake .

  • Inflatable snake

  • Damn nature, you scary!

  • why no 4:42????

  • How does the python digest the horns and bones?

  • @omgbygollywow python's stomach acid is incredibly strong and it would of taken probably about 2 weeks maybe even 3 to fully digest that large meal, but they can beak down bone quite easily. and when they dump it out it come's out in large white calcium deposits after they've taken what they need from it its just craped out if you will. well at least my burms arnt that big! only 15ft and that bad boys huge!

  • if each of those gazzel had different colors, im sure cheetahs will have a favorite color to choose from

  • people like him who talk about whats going on are annoying "

  • damn nature, you scary!

  • @coucom2k6 i swear someone says that on every fuckin nature video!

  • @gus5985 YES , agree !

  • :42 = "nomnomnomnomnom...Eh?...Oh SHIT!!!!"

  • Snakes have stomach acid strong enough to digest bones

  • What about the Gazelles horns?

  • OMG; that snake swallowed that whole Gazelle. Daaammmnnn.

  • interesting such a large snake could exist in lion territory.

  • cheetahs are so fascinating in terms of speed and skill of manipulation. one single cheetah can bring down a mature wildebeest...cheetahs are so friendly to human as well. i love them

  • im surprised the horns no that gazelle didn't tear it or something.

  • That snake is gonna feel like he ate 10 big macs.

  • how does that snake shit out the horns?

  • look at that pace...awesome

  • Goddamn its fast

  • Is it possible for a "Meat" eating animal to eat lets say vegy's if it was fead vegy's form birth?

    Due to adaptation?

  • @yourkrunal13 Assuming you could provide all the necessary nutrients to the animal, then I might be possible. Although it would depend on the digestive system of that animal.

I doubt the specialized digestive system of a meat eating cheetah would be able to cope with the vegetables needed to sustain it.

  • @TooAbsurd but at 100% he will die there system is not able to take nutrisious alliment from vegy (sorry for bad eng)

  • @yourkrunal13 Unlikely - all cats require a given chemical that is only found in meat (REAL MEAT) to sustain them. They are not carnivores by choice, but by necessity. You would end up with a very sick, very BLIND cat in short order if you tried to feed them complete proteins via vegetables. It is disgusting to try and change an animal from what it is to what you think would be "nicer". Herbivore population must be kept under control, or they eat all the plants and end up dead anyway.

  • is eating the gazelle with her two huge horns! holy shit!

  • eres

  • that is one fat ass snake damn!

  • @tintin8ify i know... in bio class i learned that along the time line something killed all the cheetahs except two; Adam and Eve cheetah mode. these two cheetahs made babies that made more babies within the family members and their genes never get mixed with another different kind of cheetah so they like 99.9% of the cheetahs are the same =/ i wonder if they can recognize each other

  • @mymsong : It was more than two. It's true there was a bottleneck, and it is possible to survive as a species that has a severe lack in genetic diversity, but a species from two animals is not sustainable.

  • A meal like this can keep the snake going for at least 2 months or more. The snake has strong acidic stomach juices which allow it to digest its prey.

  • That was crazy....

  • What do snakes do when there digesting or waiting until they have to eat again? seems like a boring life:\

  • @anoldlady8 if they move while they digested it will mess up their stomach ect...

  • holy crap, even with the horns it can still swallow that? amazing...

  • i think its amazing that the guy found a dinstinct cheetah when he said that those cheetahs particulary had a distinctive mark.... i thoght cheetahs were identically the same

  • i think that it is amazing a python can fit that whole gazelle in its mouth

  • i exactly thought the same when i watched it

  • why are all educational documentaries mostly from britain?why the fuck dont americans dont do this kind of works?

  • @sshapewa because it gets more views if they repeat the same uneducational stereopytic fake shit with wild shots and empty talk...get some Mark O'shea for awesome herp documentaries! :))

also you SOOOOO right, I'm so pissed about austin fake fucking animal abuser stevens and the such...that P. reticulatus was almost dead and totally worn out (hard to achieve !!!) otherwise the asshole would be python crap by this time

  • i would love to see hungry lions finding that python after it ate the gazelle

  • yeah it moves so slowly too, easy meal

  • i feel bad for the first ceatch, but it is life, the cheetah's need food too,

im 14, i want to work and spot and work with animal's but i dont know how to or what to do yet, i need help, because soon enough i will be out of school and need to know what to do

  • You could try volunteering at various animal shelters, zoos, animal hospitals, riding stables, etc. or try to get a job as a receptionist or some other type of entry level position at a vet clinic.

  • yea, genetic defects that have managed to survive, and in most cases flourish, for only, you know, about a hundred millions longer than we have. have some respect for snakes, as they are an incredibly important, and irreplaceable, part of life on earth, you moron.

  • Well if you love snakes so much, then why don't you go cut off your arms and legs and go slither around with em ! :P ( Youtube arguments are funny. I was completely joking in my first comment but I still got a serious reply. You gotta love it ! )

  • sure thing buddy

  • lol at your OTHER -4

  • they're basicly just cold emotinless moving "tubes" that passs stuff in through one end, and shit it out the other, nothing interesting whatsoever! lol

  • lol at your -4

  • i wish i could have a pet like amber.

  • GO AMBER GO!

  • that gazelle is going to hurt the snake when he tries to shit it out.

  • That's a rockpython

  • African animals called Tompson Gazelle, shit colonial stupidity! to hell with the british.

  • i wish the deers could ninja kick the cheetahs back or defend themselves

  • Have you seen the clip where the gazelle kills the cheetah with it's horns?

  • Amber, the cheetah, seems to have a very feminine face by human standards. Small jaw, large eyes, cute nose, and her ears frame her face nicely. The same can be said for the guy cheetah, too.

  • Avril120: Wow... you are such a gay to believe things like that! Stay in school douche bag....

  • avril120 send that message to ur mum

  • wow!!!!! i cant believe it laugh out loud

  • that snake was awesome. I had no idea they could live for sooooo long from just one meal.

  • shape of that snake and no food for 2 months fuck sake :)

  • thats what the snake do best eating you whole very flexible!!!!!!!

  • must taste like shit for the snake

  • im scared to death of snakes there soo creepy!!! thats ones ever creepier!

  • wont the horns hurt the snake?

  • no...the snake swallows the gazelle headfirst so the horns is not poiting in a dangerous way for the snake....plus it has a really strong stomachacid and the gazelle is also crushed inside the snake, because of the snakes movement

  • @imarchello Snakes have extremely strong stomach acids which can make them digest almost anything.

  • DAMN! CHEETAH IS DAMN FAST....

  • omg the snake swallowed the whole thing

    my god

  • Everything, Damn! Even The Horns

  • stupid pythons... they think they can rule the world...one tried to swallow an alligator in Florida... Aliigator wasnt having none of that and ate himself out.... haha but nature is beautiful

  • the alligator didn't "eat himself out" he just split the snake due to its immense and irregular size and claws.

    Both died

  • the cheetah would not stand a chance once that snake bites theres no leting go and you know what happens from there!

  • The snake - nothing like to swallow your prey in whole. I guess they're not picky eaters.

  • woow that snake is on lion terretory talk abouth that snake have to go from there as soon as possible before a group of lin catch it :D

  • lions dont come near a snake, they r scared to death of snakes.

  • Scared isint the right word. its their instinct, they know the snake is dangerous they know they are venomous.

  • a python has no venom, it uses strength to hunt

  • i know python uses, strangulation. But big cats in africa mostly meets with venomus snakes like the spitting cobra, Black mamba wich can be fatal for them.

  • wow the hors didnt poke out the snakes body

  • So where does this pig of a snake go after it eats the gazelle? Must just sit there, perfect prey for some other creature.

  • Must just sit there...??

You can't compare Pythons to Cheetahs (or any other big cat)

They aren't as active as big cats because they don't need to!

Two very different kinds of hunters mate.

  • have you ever been bitten by a python that size? i have heard stories of lions becoming so hurt from a bite of a snake that size, they become easy pickings for animals such a crocidilans and hyenas

  • that python must have a saw throat!

  • is that half tail?! shes my favorite~

  • that's one awsome cheetah to be taking down a wilderbest like that

  • wouldent the horns on the gallzel kill the python

  • lol i was wondering 2

  • Yeah. I saw the horns and I was like "How is the python's stomach gonna like that?"

  • fuck they're fast!

  • That's probally what the gazelle thought.

  • hahahaha

  • fascinating! the camera takes your breath away, the narration is kinda amazing as well- long live Simon King and his love to Africa, long live BBC for showing such magnificent documentaries! 10 stars:-D

  • dang that male cheetah made lions look like a bunch of panzys

  • its a her

  • most amazing creatures in the world! just wish the series didnt end last week here in America ='(

  • That was some scrap with the wildybeast.

Could have easily got a horn in the guts

  • lucky I wasn't there or else I would of shot you fagot

  • lol, yeah, i would have to.

  • You're an asshole. I know you didn't really do that, so why go and say those things to people who love these beautiful animals. Get a life :s

  • best documantery series that ive ever watched

  • I love cheetahs

  • Amazing, I absolutely adore these series

  • would have been interesting if scavengers such as hyaenas showed uo at the snake's kill...

  • Wow! That python is gonna need some Tums!

  • i second that =]

  • fascinating GREAT FANTASTIC VID keep me posted on my page when big cat week is returning

  • The cheetahs are so beautiful when they run..

  • Wow, that python was so disturbing.. and the cheetahs are absolutely beautiful

  • I think that's the first time i have seen a cheetah successfully hunt an adult wildebeest. Very cool.

  • No, it wasn't adult wildebeest. Look at the horns and, of course, size.

  • How did that python even move after that meal!?

  • ya wow

  • amazing footage and facinating to watch!
