First off, the only reason I dislike the car is because everyone that seems to have one is a ricer and either makes the car looks like shit or acts/drives like a homo. So naturally I have a bad image in my head. If it wasn't for all the ricers, then I would maybe like it a little. I mean I don't think they look all that good but for the price they're a pretty fast car with more than enough aftermarket parts available to smoke every car in its price range.
i have one and i drive it normal as i would any daily ived owned, but when the times right i like to open it up. I hate when douche bags buy cars i like because it just makes the car look bad rather than the people that drive them.

Anything can blow a motor. Chrysler Corperation Motors are some of the best.
I turbo'ed my stock SOHC at 150,000 miles and ran 16psi on it till the turbo self destructed from overspool. Motor is still in my car.
Compare a Neon motor with the motor of a Cavalier and then tell me the Neon motor sucks cuz you'll be sadly mistaken!
As long as you keep clean oil in them and allow them to warm up before you beat it they run forever! I floor mine everytime I'm in it and the car is 10 yrs old!
Acura's and Honda's are good for the pile of parts on the ground. I doubt your Acura could take the abuse my Neon has.
The stereo type the Neon has is much different than Reality. If you managed to blow a Neon motor up your probably a 16 year old Female who never maintains the oil level and lets stupid stuff like this ruin a good car.

i think you should think twice bout honda being good for a pile of parts. Good friend of mine just actually blew his stock end out of a crv after running a hybrid 66mm turbo on 26lbs that he built him self and no tune with modified dsm injectors. I wouldn't call that a pile of parts. Do u think a neon could handle that.
@specialk18701 Do I think a stock bottom end on a srt-4 could handle that? Sure but for how long depends on tuning device and tune. With a stand alone and tuning from realtune I dont see why not. But I dont believe a honda bottom end is any better than srt. Surely a better flowing head and valvetrain. But the srt bottom end is stout from the factory its just all these broke dick dildo fucks who buy them and dont have enough money to get the right parts, good tune, or maintain them correctly.

Don't tell the fanboys that, they can't handle the truth :) Build a Honda right and you won't have that problem. Build an SRT right and you won't either. This is also why I never do burnouts. Horrible for the engine.
