  • i was pretty poor at first. i could get it pretty high up but shit myself and slammed it back down! i used to roll on the throttle in first gear untill i got used to keeping it up! now i do it in second on the power no clutch! it comes up sweet at about 55-60 and i put it down at about 120mph! good luck buddy

  • Come on man all tht power and u have no clue how to use it. But hey at the the peeps at the dealership got u some pretty matching gear. lmao

  • you gotta let off (nose dive) and then quickly roll -on/up the bike. 1st gear roll-ons are the easiest way to teach a person to get use to balance points. IMHO.

  • nice bike dude !

  • its not that ard to wheelie a 1000cc

  • let us experienced riders do the wheelies buddie

  • wow you are shit, I bought an R1 first thing i done once I got it out the show room was wheelie that fucker for a 2 miles

  • @Robbyb321 nice way to kill the bike instantly.

  • Forgot to ask you...are you clutching em up?

  • Just keep trying......Hey man...your out there doing it...dont listen to these haters...you gotta start somewhere. Im still tryin to learn em on my GSXR 1000. I cant clutch it up...just doesnt feel right to me. But I can get the front up about 2 feet and then I close the throttle....I gotta get past that point..keep trying man and good luck bro.

  • STUPID PUSSY BIKER

  • You have to start some were , keep trying you will get it , it takes time , biggest thing is cover your read brake ,

  • Your going way too slow, there is no reason to clutch a 1000 roll about 30 in first or 60 in second and burp the throttle and it will come straight up. Let the bike do all the work. You don't even need to bounce it until third. But you've gotta learn it your self you can take advice but, do what your comfortable with. Just don't exceed your limits

  • I am glad to see I am not the only one that SUCKS!!!!

  • hi guys

write in the search (turkiameen) the is a video named (gsxr 1000) check it out please

  • Man... i remember when i couldnt wheelie....DAMN, that was so long ago......

    I can Wheelie Now tho!!!!

Now my life is different. Its like i see things more clearly now!

    I get more bitches!

I got a raise at work!

Shit! i even think my dick got longer!!!

You boys better get those wheels up, CAUSE Wheeling IS tha SHIT!!!!!

  • @caveman357 haha i love this comment lol i need to learn how to wheelie

  • you shouldn't be trying to pull up a stack on a street that short. I've had everything from 600s to 1400s (all Kaws). Find a long, empty, SMOOTH road instead. You can easily power up that bike in first.....just cover that back brake!

  • Ok for starters....why the fu$% would clutch up a wheelie on a gixxer 1k? My 06' stock will smack you in the face under power from 4k rpm up.

  • dude..wow u shouldnt even b riding that!

  • man you should have gotten a 750 your gonna either flop that thing of your gonna kill yourself on it. what a waste of an amazing bike and for gods sake stop using the clutch your just wasting clutch all you gotta do is pull the throttle back in 1st or 2nd gear and the front end will come up no problem squido.

  • Most guys i think criticizing this guy doesn't even have a bike and have no idea how to wheelie @cryteek why dont you upload a video showing us how to do it cause it seems you have a lot of experience

  • sounds and looks like a 600 to me....

  • sounds and looks like a 600 to me....

  • STRUNZ

  • fuck you suck balls

  • If your having a hard time wheeling a 1000 you probably shouldn't be trying it on that bike.

  • man,thats a 1000!.. u DONT need the cluth,ur abbusing it!

and go try that on another road... not a 50yard street... idiot...

  • ya i agree take it easy beautiful bike its a 1000 u will get it down no reason to go full out n wreck a nice machine ride safe good luck

  • he is scared to give the bike what it needs to go by it self :)

  • Clutchups are the way on any bike..Power wheelies just don't give me that feeling!

  • LOTS of ignorant posts on this one so I had to comment. First off, clutch ups on a liter bike are just fine. Most people actually recommend clutch ups because they are safer and more predictable. Secondly, GREAT JOB. These are not sweet wheelies by any means but its how you are SUPPOSED to start. You are getting the feel for the acceleration. The idiots saying "dont use the clutch" probably dont have a bike. BTW Check out MCN's guide to wheelies (anyone starting out).

  • Shit

  • im 18 and can do better wheelie on a busa then that

  • simple tip, first gear 10mph..rev ur engiene till abt 5-6rpm..pop the clutch slightly...give it a lil bit of more gas ull b alrite..n yeah deflate ur back tire a bit tht might help :)

the way u doin it in the video will get u nower...

try it out n fill me in after...;)

  • nooo goood :( U must try power wheelies, it's easier, trust me.

  • 1 year and 10 months.......

  • no good !

  • ghostrider is totally right. its a 1000! you want to clutch up if your on a 250, but just do power wheelies. and try them going uphill!!! much easier that way!!

  • This dude is failing because he eases it on slightly cracks it then eases it on again if ur affraid of the wheel flying up too fast rest ur foot on the back brake while ur doing it think of ur back brake as ur safety net for wheelies just dont lock it up and fuck me dude u got balls trying to wheelie inexperienced on a 1000 i learnt on a crf 450 safer

  • doesn't need a clutch ups!! it's a 1000cc !! u can wheelie by givin' gaz at 3th gear too!!

  • crap

  • You can power wheelie a 600. A 1000 does not need clutch ups.

  • fuckin lol...

  • The problem with clutching a 1000 is you get loads of torque and i would only try it with much higher speeds about 40-50. It goes better when you go faster. Well it worked with me :-)

  • YUT UGHHHHHH

  • is this your first bike?

  • the clutch is your friend

  • Next time tell the guy filming to put down the donut! sounds like he was chewing on something and breathing heavy, and shaking the camera. Annoying as hell to watch! and dont be scared of that bike twist the throttle and let her rip!

  • give her more rpm after pulling the clutch, i can du it with my 125ccm bike!

  • Giv speed, and go out , then the bikes go in front down, and than give speed, ^^

  • a little more throttle.....

  • This guy is verrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyy bad!!!

  • @focus304

what the hell do you expect out of the title? "trying" to wheelie... He's obviously learning. Just like you did(now "if" you're able to do a wheelie, which I assume you can because you wrote what you did).

  • i thought on big bikes you just opened the throttle and leant back?

  • Not gonna lie, it can't be THAT hard to wheelie on a liter bike. Nice use of gear though!

  • nice man, im like at your stage atm. im on an r1 08

  • nice man, i think im like at your stage atm. im on an r1 08

  • moto stupenda. Povera Frizione.

  • to be honest you shouldve learnt this stuff on a smaller capacity then get yourself used to your brand spanker.... i tend to bring the revs up to 5 grand and give a little poke of the clutch. each make of bikes different with there own characteristics(hp/torque) just find out on where the power starts to build strongly in your revs and you'll work it out pretty quickly good luck and keep it upright

  • First get you alonger stretch of rd somewhere so you dont feel like once you do get it up it has to come back down and you slam on brakes....second, forget power wheelies at this speed unless you change gears i have the same bike and it aint got the bottom like the 06's or below. 3rd shift to second gear take index finger and pull clutch to your knuckles give just a little gas and release clutch. and as you get used to it u will have it in no time...

  • Bro, no clutch.. grow a sack.. you bought 1000 cc's use'm lean back whack the throttle.. fuck man, you could wheelie in every gear on this bike( with out clutch up)squid.

  • trying to? this bike has soo much power that ur lacking to show ;) gsxr that wheel should always commin up, and u shouldn't even be tryin.

  • He scared!!

  • this dude is bullshitting

  • dude you have to be kidding me. Stop leaning forward. Lean back and just open up the throttle.

  • Try to wheeile a 1000???? That bike shouldn't even have a front wheel on it!!!!!

  • @Ninjarider636r Thanks god somebody actually puts a correct comment on here lol. I would like to see all these guys that " power wheelie ". They are the ones that will loop their bikes because they have little control. Good post man

  • @Ninjarider636r Finally I read a comment that is correct lol. To have complete control over the front end, you would always clutch it. Its these same guys who power wheelie it ( assuming they can even do that ) that loop their bike. Good post tho man

  • after clutch more gaz.

  • yay for Canada Post!

  • On a gixxer 1000 theres no need for a clutch wheelie.

  • you'll learn that trick after crushing your bike...

  • what kind of exhaust is that?

  • try wheelis on 7-8 krpm not with 2000 xD

  • It's just not for you...

  • why are you clutching a gixxer 1000 in first gear anyways

  • I know this vid is old & you have probably come along way since this but one big notable thing your doing wrong here is leaning your weight forward towards the handle bars rather than snapping them back when you slip your clutch =) Nice sounding pipe btw =D

  • just sit back n bit more. keep your foot on the rear brake. and your RPM is to low. on n GSX 1000 you gotta take it to about 5 or 6000 rpm the pop the clutch slightly while pulling back on the handle bars. and dont be scared, thats the secret. but your main problem here is your rpm speed. you have to get more speed before popping... just try what i said. i promise you you'll get it right.

  • omg, wot a puff, i wouldnt have put the vid up if i WAS SUCH A PUSSY !!

  • @redsrfreaks I DARE you to try doing a wheelie! I have a GSX-R600 and I have been riding for 4 years on the streets and on the dirt for 11 years and there is nothing scarier than pulling your first wheelies. I have been trying to learn but they scare the shit out of me to this date. Don't talk shit if you don't have any idea what you're talking about.

  • lean back a little bit in the beginnin

  • embarrassing

  • for the first gear its realy low if you are afraid of dropping your bike better try in 2nd gear first i have learned it that way also in first you sometimes have wheelspin and that realy sucks but of course you have a nice road

    btw stoppie was nice :)

  • lol@ 1:48 that was gay , the 3 baby squeezes of the throttle, open it up for gods sake faggot

  • i got a cbr 600 f4 and i knw a power wheelie or 2 but my brother has and r1 and he said get it 2 6 or 6,000 rpm and snap and it comes right up but keep youre foot on the back brake just in case it comes up to high NO FRONT BREAK

  • wtf thats not a GSX-R1000... :/

  • you have fear!

  • looooooser stay home for fuck sake, you don't wheely on a gixxer 1000 with the clutch at 2000 rpm!!!! Do you think you're riding a vespa 50cc...... unfuckinbelievable

  • one must show respect to the bike one is riding which is what this man is doing.

did you raise it up on your first try, "bitch"?

  • wow this is pathetic u got a 1000 u should be able to power wheelie and do a more decent job than that ...raise it up bitch!

  • hahaha he scared of that bitch...pussy!!!!

  • im just learning to wheelie on my 125 ill neva try it if i get a 600 or a 1000 tho ill b scared ov wreaking ti

  • please don't bother with wheelies on this beautiful bike. if you wreck it you are a tosser. good luck look after it else i will come and take it from you

  • anormal do caralho..

  • how are you getting on with the wheelies now mate? i always bottle it when the front end comes up. i am not scared about coming off at that speed cause i have all the gear, i just dont want to trash my beautiful bike!! let me know how you are getting on nowadays to give me a light at the end of the tunnel that i will be able to do it one day!

  • @lainelladave

See the video response. This is about a month or so later.

keep trying you will only get better with practice.

  • @lainelladave improve it gradually, slowly, don't go for big wheelies in first trying..

  • @lainelladave mee too man

  • Fuck these haters! You're going to get there bro...keep trying!!

  • oh well keep tryin. bike looks and sounds great mind

  • Comment removed

  • ooo ur cool not wearing any gear, cant wait to see some nice road rash on that pretty face of urs. everyone learns to wheele at their own pace, give the guy a break u punk ass bitch

good job mate, u should update another video to show ur progress

  • ehh. you both should go fuck each other you sound like a queer. first he shouldn't look at the camera while learning to wheelie you look like a even bigger homo and second why even bother posting this.

  • suck a fat one, you're not worth my time

  • @srsc- settle down, spaz.

  • get fucked

  • yeah cause your a dumbass you worthless piece of shit, you disgrace all sportbikers

  • lmao i hope youre joking... if not youre the dumbest fucking retard on youtube

  • Hahahahhahahahahahaha

    u fucking suck

  • Y'all are some baaaad Haters, So you're tellin me you all came out knowing instinctively how to wheelie?? Cut the guy some slack, he was trying to learn

  • WTF i think you should start on a push bike first champ its people like you that really hurt youself

  • especially looking @ the camera when you drive by....pay attention spend less time trying to show off

  • Too much power for you. You need to learn how to wheelie before even getting a bike with that much power. What a douche bag!

  • why are you doing a clutch wheely where there is so much power?

  • i think its safer for a beginner to do a clutch wheelie

  • Hahahaha, first time on a bike? Don't start on a 1000 bike, but if you do, don't film it lookind like an idiot :D

  • hhahahahaa, slip the clutch dummy

  • @mrresetar He is.....

  • ahahhaha ma fammi il piacere di scendere di moto nn è il tuo mestiere

  • what a noob :D

  • yeah dude.. all yer horse power is above at least 6k on most bikes.. find a longer stretch that you can rev a bit more before crankin it.. and youll be all good

  • 油門在灌深一點就起來了~~~加油

  • SUPERSFIGATOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! prova a impennare la bicicletta........(se ci riesci!!!!!) ALZA IL CULO DA QUEL GIOIELLO NON SEI DEGNO DI AVERE UN GSX-R!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • you dont 'try' and wheelie a gixxer thou it just sort of happens! lol

  • @mark675 my point exactly...if he really wanted to wheelie that bad being that it is a Gixxer 1000 all he had to do was jus level the throttle..it'll come up in 1st and 2nd gear

  • fuck off

  • it's a very good start. dont wanna jump on and flip it. with the newer 1000 you should be able to crack it open and it will pull it up, but i do understand the trying to clutch it up. i know it's an older video so you probably have it down by now. it's always good to see a rider using thier gear. good luck man

  • you have a nice bike, but u dont have balls!

  • u think u have to much right????? wat a dick u are bro he is learning what part of that u dont get? LEARNING

  • hell my hat...helmet...is off to you for even trying to do it...id rather watch my friends stunt because i dont need to crash trying to learn

  • i did the same thing in a school parking lot for 45 min. back and forth and i had it down. Clutch it up!!!

  • BO REDOM !!!!

  • THE POOR BIKE.... :-(((((

  • ja ma res, cepec 1a

  • very nice bike i love em

  • Small steps is the way to go..Try too hard too fast and u will hurt yourself and your bike.

  • debil

  • ahaha what a noob...but everyone has to start from somewhere....and btw. GREAT BIKE :D!!!

  • i have a gsxr1000 k8 i put a 520 -1/+2 and can power them up also have slip on + pc3 try to power wheelie them up more contral

  • hahaha omg

  • lol hey just give it time and u will u get it. funny tho it reminds me of me. it only takes a couple weeks!

  • wheely a gxr 1000 is almost impossible cause lack of power. You should use NOS like in paul walker in his supra

  • wat zeg je? hahahah

  • keep trying dude....

  • good way to kill the clutch ... power it up bro

  • we all have to start somewhere.. your getting there =) be careful and always cover the rear brake

  • Comment removed

  • start with a 600 first...or hell even a dirtbike, that's how i learned ... by starting out small.

  • He Is Just Mastering ,Or Testing The Limits, Dicks.

  • This guy doesnt have enough room to do this

  • yes he dose

  • You should've learned this on a 600 you don't need the clutch to wheelie a litre bike.

  • hmm couldn t believe that my old zx 6 with 105 hp comes up to wheelie without the cloutch ? maybe the new bikes with 120ps hp or more...

  • Before, you learn to drive a bike, and after try to weelie.... chicken!

  • wow dude no lie i thought holy crap its a gixxer about to wheelie then ur over here letting off the fckng gas when ur about to wheelie......THIS VID IS EITHER A TEASE OR u realy just suck........bawls..........not tryin to be a dick just sayin it how it is.

  • @98eclipsegst1. Fucking prick, this is how you start learning and for people saying just power it up, they can't wheelie properly, the point in using the clutch is to generate a quick burst of torque from the engine pushing the back wheel forward and the front wheel up, it's used instead of just hammering the throttle because it gets you to your balance point safer and more controlled, if all you can do is power wheelie then your not as good as you think you are.

  • if you dont feel confident enough to give the bike gas to pick it up DONT TRY!

  • weak

  • you just Scared.!!! Give a gas man..!!!

  • you have probably never tried to wheelie

  • More like a fucken smart mouth 13 yr old know it all thats been no where and done nothing.Little boys should be seen and not heard now go to bed before I tell on you little BOY.

  • Trying is right, but not that hard, is this factory restricted 33bhp?

  • Put the bike into second gear bring the revs to about 7000 and snap the throttle on oh yeah hold on

  • clutch wheelie a 1000 lol come on guy....no clutch needed

  • just me or does that not even sound like a 1000

  • nooooob

  • pop the goddamn clutch dude so much easyer......get a little speed going then pull the clutch in very quickly an bang on the power...at the same time an boom you got a WHEELIE

  • that was the cutest shit i have ever seen you would of been better trying to learn power wheelies in 1st, good try tho and dont be scared you will get bittttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • dude....shift to second, then try...longer road, a bit more speed. First gear is way too touchy to learn with..... GL man

  • Tell that cameraman to drink less coffee ffs!

He / She is shaking like crazy!

  • That is way too much preassure =D AARG!

  • boring!

make some videos when you are better skilled!

  • I wouldnt recommend you trying to wheelie a 1000 if you not familiar with wheeling at all. just a lil to much throttle could mean flipping the bike over an you along with it. you be surpise what a brand new bike looks like right after it hits the ground.

  • these motorcycles are for racing, and designed to keep the nose planted on the ground.if you keep doing this you will blow your front suspension
