ill be in the market later this year. I have a 3 yr old house in redcliff (406 jesmond pl sw). im taking this year to finish it and fully develope and landscape it. ill prob want around the $395,000 range. im looking to downsize my house and upsize my garage. looking for an acrage or intown (hat or redcliff) with a large shop/garage. and a good house around the $300,000. range. im not in the market yet (house isnt ready). but I am looking. wondering if you have any insight as to the market
