  • That exhaust is like a wet-dream. Amazing.

  • great bike, what make and size rear white wall is that??

  • Sounds fucking unreal.

  • @macb3th

The exhaust was custom made by a friend of mine. Thanks for the compliment!

  • What sort of exhaust is on that? I really like the look and the way it sounds as well. Very well done

  • @darcyhead1

Yeah, it's mounted directly to the swingarm.

  • you had to cut the original fender from the frame and add a new bracket.. to what ..the swing arm?

  • very nice

  • who makes your intake?

  • @putman33

It's an LA choppers XXX big air kit

  • Thats a very nice bike.

  • What is the size of front tyre?

  • @madbimmer86

    The front tire's a Metzeler ME 880 marathon. 110/90 - 18 M/C 61H TL ME 880 MARATHON

  • i dig the flat rear fender. very old school

  • @MagnumPI4

    Thanks a lot

  • whats the full model spec of your bike and will it be for sale... bad ass bike bro!!!

  • @zombiedogs

Thanks!! It's a 2003 Vstar Custom. Sorry, not for sale any time soon.

  • Hey khalilc,

First off, you have a great looking bike. Can you tell em what you did to the front end. Is it the stock front end or shortened front end?

    Thanks in advance

    abcanimal

  • @abcanimal

The front end is the stock height. We did modify the triple tree to accept a set of Harley aftermarket dogbone risers though. I do have plans to lower it with a kit form barons. Thanks for the compliment.

  • AWESOME BIKE! would you happen to know where i could get a used bobber? and what makes a bobber a bobber?

  • @crazysith

Thx for the compliment! There are tonne of bikes on craigs list typically. Just search for "bobber" in ur town or neighboring cities and you should find something you can either make ur own or ready to go.

A bobber to me is bike thats been chopped to bare easentials. All the fluff removed and your left with an engine and two wheels. Today, bobbers have a distinct look to them that appeals to me. There are many types of bobbers, youve just gotta find what youre into and go with that

  • Looks great and sounds awesome too brother ! I have a V star 650 classic myself and I am looking for ape hangers or Z bars just to give it a different look from the rest of the same boring looking 650's out there. Sorry but I gotta ask.. are they comfortable when out riding for awhile?

  • @73Fire

Thx for the compliments! Yeah, the bars arent too bad. They come up a little below eye level when riding. These have a 10 inch rise. Ive been out on some long hauls and dont get much cramping. I did have some 18 inch kong bars before and those did give me a cramping issue. I guess it depends on your height and the length of time ur out ridin. My buddys got a throttle lock he uses with his and that gives him a chance to rest is hand a little when on long rides

    Hope that helps!

  • kick ass bobber man. I have a Harley & also a Kawa Vulcan. Thinking of getting a V-Star & bobbing it! Looks like it would be a blast to ride.

  • Thanks a lot! It is!

    @drmlabs

  • I love the bike man. Im getting ready to start one here in the next couple months. Hope i can get one as nice as yours and some of the other on YouTube.

So how far did you lower it? And how much did it change your turning radius? Also, did you have to change anything to keep stuff from scraping when into a turn.

    I love the bike

  • Thanks for the complement! I lowered it two inches using a Baron's lowering kit. It's a hardtail with a custom strut used to replace the stock suspension.

The change in the turn radius hasn't changed my riding style much. It's still a blast to ride. I do scrape the pegs a little if I get too aggressive though.

But, I did swap out the exhaust as it was too low on the right, scraping almost everytime and hindering turn radius. Had my buddy bend me up some new ones

    Thanks again!

    @ownTer

  • Tank looks awesome without the speedo - nice bike!

  • Nice Job. It seems like it would sound alot better in person. I know How some cameras don't pick up audio very well.

I agree, I would Wrap the pipes too. You on a good direction with that Bike. Just wondering, What Size Jets did You use?

Thanx for sharing the vid and good riding to You.

  • looks great!

  • Thx!

  • very nice how did you hardtail it?

  • @flashskate13

Thx a lot! Previously I had a Barons lowering kit installed with the stock suspension shock. I set the kit at the lowest setting and replaced the shock with a rigid steel strut. Fabbed up a mounting bracket and bolted it on. There are aftermarket rigid kits available though.

  • nice bike
