What peolpe loose sight of is GOD can do whatever however He wants to do it. He wanted to baffle the religious so he came in a way noone could fathem. As a BABY? Just that is mind boogling. He could of come in the clouds with all the angels of heaven. IF HE wanted to.But once you accept JESUS the blinders come off and you understand.. GOD is all powerful and HE came to save the world for us! And all the questions and doubts disappear because HE fills your heart with LOVE, JOY AND PEACE!

Did God or the Bible say anything about this scheme to baffle the religious, or did you just pull this out of the air ? Seems like a petty thing for the God of the universe to come up with. Playing tricks.What about all the Buddhists who don't accept Jesus but are filled with LOVE JOY etc. When people are good and kind they are said to be showing Christian virtues. What about the good people in the world who never heard of Christ or don't believe in him? Christians can be quite presumptuous.

Well it does matter because many people dismiss Christianity so quickly because it doesn't make sense to there logic. The bible says the natural man is not able to take in the things of the Spirit of God: for they seem foolish NEITHER CAN HE KNOW THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE SPIRITUALLY DISCERNED. CORINTHIANS 2:14. So without the Holy Spirit it is foolishness to our human minds. We need the Holy Spirit to fully understand the Bible.However NO Jesus did not commit suicide.

If natural man cannot understand the things of God then why is your understanding of God and his word correct? Where in the Bible is the work Trininty mentioned? Check into pagan history a little and see where the idea of a Triune God came from and was later introduced into Christianity...just like Christmas etc.

What's UNEXPLAINABLE is why God would leave heaven come to earth in human form (phillipians2) die a HORRIFIC death on a cross,overcome sin hell and the grave SIMPLY BECAUSE HE LOVES! John 3:16. In Isiah it says HIS flesh fell like ribbons HE was beyond human recognition. I was raised a Jehovah's Witness and didn't believe in the trinity either. Then I met JESUS in a REAL way. HE has radically changed my life and He WANTS TO DO THE SAME FOR YOU. SAY JESUS I'M SORRY, FORGIVE ME, COME IN MY HEART!

I've seen contradictions in the bible. And I've seen scriptures for and against the trinity. So, maybe we're suppose to all get along despite our difference in opinions on translations and interpretations? Funny thing is, we don't all agree to disagree. Can't we all just get along?

The Creator of the Universe wanted humans to understand clearly who he is and what he stands for. This includes the identity of his Son. So, since the bible speaks in lengthy detail on the subject of "who is God, and who is Jesus" is is a monumental cop-out to say the Trinity doctrine is "incomprehensible". No one has nor will ever properly explain trinity. i have asked over 50 christians, read books on it.The great christian scholars have never been able to explain it. You say ice/water/gas or the york/egg white/egg shell as a paradox of the trinity. the word trinity is Not even mentioned in the bible. As a Christian I will like to explain the trinity to you. Yes the word is'nt in the bible but the Father, Son and Spirit are one. In Revelation 22 Jesus says "I am the Alpha and the Omega the begining and the end." Think about that. If a child was named after his father who was named after his father they would be the I, II and the III. Would the III say "I am the FIRST " or would the II SAY " I AM THE THIRD" ? NO! Because they are seperate . But Jesus did. HE WAS explainig HE was GOD.
