  • Cool I've never been on a superliner train.

  • Thank you.

This was my first ride. I hope you could ride soon.

  • yeah. I live in the northeast so unfortunatly its not very convinient to find a train using superliner equipment.

  • @gp40mc you are not missing alot most of it is so old and beat up it is just being held together by time unfortunatlly I remember when the Superliner equiptment was new

  • @hamasho LOL this was your first ride on Superliners hmm thats cool because mose of the time they really yell at you if you go to far into that transition crew sleeper especilly looing down those stairs into the bag car I have riden several thousand miles on Amtrak cars and delt with many differnt types of crews the Cal Z must not have been to busy that day to just walk into one of the Delux rooms like this great video

  • @hamasho I assume they told you with that bing your first ride not to go downstairs and open that little side window on the door definatlly do not get caught doing that if you ride another one of these trains and want to video outside most crews are very jumpy about that nonetheless this is a great video I have been remeinded more than one as a mater of fact I will be on a northbound superliner train tomorrow the Texas Eagle

  • @gp40mc Trust me its REALLY FUN you should go on it sometime !!

  • Yes, There was a kick button on a door to open it. You have watchful eyes!

  • do you step on something on the floor to open the linking doors?

  • So how far did you ride the Zephyr? Like I said in my other comment on your other vid I have ridden that California Zephyr train several times round trip between Reno, Nevada & Chicago, Illinois.

  • Thank you for your comment. Basically, I rode from Emeryville to Denver. However I stopped over at Grand Junction for 24 hours to have a sightseeing and rode the Zephyr again from Grand Junction toward Denver.

  • Nice

  • I think you put the sleeping car title on when you were still in the crew car.

  • Oh, yes. I should have put it a little bit later.

  • what was the guy yelling at u about

  • He is a conductor of Amtrak. When I was going down to lower (baggage car) before I began to take this movie, he notified the way is wrong, of cource for me its actually correct way! Then on the way bak to upper level he told me "So, I said its a wrong way!".
