This damn thing happened to my spouse. I am writing to every person in the government who might lead me in the right direction the fight the BSBC if IL rejection of our claim.
Under their RESCISSION CLAUSE---few insured know about it---the Insurance Companies in most states, have between 1,400 to 2,000 reasons to investigate a claim ... then refuse to pay that claim & cancel the policy.
if someone lied they should be rescinded
