I rented one like this... They DO WOBBLE!
These are obviously the lower-end of Jib Cranes... they are good for Music Videos.. so that you can take multiple shots..
not for long Live Events or anything..

You gotta understand you cant have to much as the counter weight or it will counter the whole smoothness of panning the jib.

This crane wobbles a lot. Look at the shot of those 2 guys on bikes. At the end of that shot, I saw unacceptable wobble.
