What a mess. That computer room is an utter disgrace. Wiring hanging over asles. Rubbish everywhere. Post it notes on servers. Trip hazards everywhere. No blanking panels. Whoever is running that needs a a stern talking. That place just reeks laziness.

@kewlkeed The problem is air flow needs to be directed a bit due to the building being lame about allowing the colo provider to get more cooling/AC units installed.
As for the beeping it was likely just a machine with a degraded array and it will continue to beep even while its rebuilding.

If I were in management at that place I'd be embarrassed. Aside from the extra fans to supplement inadequate cooling, the place is a serious mess.
However, always love the sound of a full production datacenter!
